Introduction:-
It is a type of mental illness that occurs in women. It mostly occurs in girls of 15-20 years of age.
Symptoms:-
A woman suffering from hysteria is unable to control her mind and sometimes suddenly starts laughing and sometimes starts crying. Sometimes she faints. Sometimes a woman suffering from hysteria feels that she is very strong, but sometimes she feels that she has no strength. Burps and hiccups start appearing which disturbs her, causes disturbance in her voice and prevents urination.
Causes:-
The main cause of hysteria is stress or depression. Mostly it occurs in women due to some kind of shock, anxiety and cheating in love. Symptoms of this disease are also found in women due to dissatisfaction in sexual intercourse. In many women it occurs due to disturbance in the uterus or ovaries. It may be due to malfunction of the nervous system.
Treatment of this disease with different medicines:-
1. Muscus- If the patient suddenly starts laughing, tries to stop laughing but is unable to do so; suddenly faints and the whole body becomes cold; one cheek remains red and the other pale; a ball of air moves towards the throat; the symptoms of this disease increase in cold air, etc. It is beneficial to give 1 or 3 potency of Muscus medicine.
2. Ignatia- The medicine Ignatia works like magic in hysteria disease. This medicine can be used in the symptoms of hysteria due to shock, love, etc. The patient is sometimes happy and sometimes restless; sometimes he starts laughing and sometimes starts fighting with others; something seems to be stuck in the throat; the muscles of the body keep fluttering. If such symptoms appear in the patient, the mother tincture of this medicine can be used and when the disease is cured, 200 potency of the medicine can be used.
3. Crocus-sativa- Continuous laughter, sitting in a happy posture, talking to others softly, but suddenly getting angry, etc. symptoms may include Crocus-sativa 30 or its mother tincture.
4. Platinum-If the patient has the following symptoms such as becoming very arrogant, hating others, considering himself arrogant, looking at every person with unkindness, looking at other members of his family with strange eyes, feeling sad all the time, as if he is standing at the door of death, suddenly breaking into weeping and suddenly bursting into laughter, Platinum 6 x or 30 can be given, Platinum 6 x or 30 can be given in Platinum 6 x.
5. Hyosfoetida- If the patient feels a ball of gas in the stomach; the gas fills up inside it, which exerts pressure on the upper part and the victim starts having difficulty in breathing, etc. It is beneficial to use this medicine in case of symptoms. Even when symptoms of hysteria start appearing due to suppressed secretions of the body, this medicine remains beneficial.
6. Actaea-Racimosa (Cimicifuga)- This medicine has a better effect on the body parts of a woman. The patient keeps feeling cold even at normal temperature. The body parts start shaking, convulsions start, mental symptoms appear. The pain in his genitals keeps moving from one side to the other. He starts feeling disturbances in his menstrual discharge. He is very disappointed with his life. According to such symptoms, giving 3 potency of Actaea-Racimosa medicine is beneficial.
7. Tarantula- Suddenly someone appears in front of the patient, due to which she starts moving her hands or her hand starts moving automatically. She remains normal until someone comes towards her. The more some special songs excite her, the more she starts acting like a mad person. Therefore, in such symptoms, she can be given Tarantula 6 or 30 potency.
8. Zincum-Bellerianum- In this disease the patient is not able to sit in one place. His legs move all the time. In such a situation, using 2 or 3 potency of this medicine provides easy relief.
Important Tips
If a person shows symptoms of hysteria, he should be immediately taken to a psychiatrist.
A hysteria patient should not be beaten in anger or for any reason, as this may cause a lot of trouble to him physically and mentally.
The patient should also take care that he cannot harm himself.
Take a hysteria patient to a hilly (cold) place for a few days.
Hysteria is often cured by frequent excessive urination, so it should be induced to urinate frequently.
As soon as a hysteria attack occurs, the patient's clothes should be opened and drops of water sprinkled on his face.
