Introduction:
When the blood circulation in the body stops due to cold, heat or any other reason, the woman develops breast pain or mastodynia. In this disease she gets fever. The injury of the breast caused by the child's head causes breast pain when the mouth of the breast closes.
Use of various medicines in breast pain:-
1. Sagwinaria- If a woman feels strong pain under the right nipple, which is aggravated by deep breathing and is also felt in the abdomen, the pain goes to the shoulders due to which she cannot lift her hands, feels strong pain in the breasts before menstruation, etc. consumption of Sagwinaria 6 is suitable.
2. Actaea -Racimosa (Cimicifuga)- In unmarried girls this pain starts under the left breast, it is better to use Cimicifuga 3.
3. Pulsatilla- Pulsatilla 30 strength should be taken when pain under the breasts is accompanied by scanty menstruation.
4. Conium- Conium 3, 30 or 200 potency should be given if there is pain in the breasts before menstruation or when the menstruation becomes scanty.
5. Phellandrium- Putting Phellandrium 6 strength reduces the pain if the woman has severe breast pain after feeding the child.
6. Croton-TIG- Infant feeding woman’s breast pain which extends towards the back, then intake of Croton-TIG 6 or 30 power is beneficial.
7. This type of solution is called Calendula lotion.
8. Arnica-Lotae- Put 20 drops of mother tincture of arnica tincture in eight parts of a gallon of water, then washing the breasts with this water relieves the pain.
9. Hamamelis-Lotae- Add 20 drops of mother tincture of Hamamelis to eight parts of a gallon of water and then washing the breasts with this water also relieves pain.
10. Castor-Par- Castor- Par when cut, cracked or any kind of wound on the breasts. Use of 6 or 12 is beneficial.
11. Sepia- Sepia 200 can be administered in case of swelling or cracking of the breasts.
12. Graphites- This medicine can also be used in case of swelling or cracking of the breasts. Also Graphites 30 or 200 can be administered when there is a gum-like discharge from the wound. It can also remove the scars of the wound.
