One of the most common diseases is stomach ache. Some home remedies for stomach ache are-
Drinking a mixture of one teaspoon mint juice and lemon juice with a few drops of ginger juice and a pinch of black salt will give relief.
Drinking asafetida mixed with one teaspoon pure ghee will give relief.
Make a paste by grinding two grams of asafoetida with a little water. Applying this paste on the stomach around the navel and around it gives relief from pain. Massage with ginger juice is also beneficial.
Roast carom seeds on a pan and mix it with ground black salt. Drinking it with hot water relieves stomach ache.
Roast two-three grams of cumin seeds on a pan and chew and eat or drink it with hot water.
Drinking one teaspoon mint and lemon juice each with half a teaspoon ginger juice and a little black salt will give relief.
Keeping dry ginger in the mouth and sucking it also gives relief from stomach ache.
For stomach ache caused due to acidity, drinking a little bit of sweet soda mixed in water is beneficial.
Take equal quantity of cumin, black pepper, dry ginger, garlic, coriander, asafoetida, dry mint and make fine powder. Add black salt to it and drink it with one spoon of warm water, you will get relief.
Mixing green coriander juice in one spoon of Desi Ghee and drinking it cures stomach ailments.
Mixing salt in 2 spoons of fenugreek seeds and drinking it with warm water is beneficial.
Eating one-two grams of dried and ground celery leaves with rock salt provides relief from stomach ache.
