Easy home remedies for blood pressure


Fresh curd - Fresh curd is considered very beneficial for high blood pressure patients.
According to a research, people suffering from high blood pressure should eat fresh curd with food. By consuming curd in proper quantity in food, the risk of high blood pressure can be reduced.

Garlic - Garlic is a very helpful home remedy in curing blood pressure.
It does not allow blood clots to form. And controls cholesterol.

Lemon juice-
Lemon juice makes blood vessels soft and flexible. It keeps blood pressure normal. It also reduces the risk of heart attack. Mix one spoon each of honey, ginger and lemon juice in lukewarm water and drink it two-three times a week.
It is a very good tonic for blood pressure.

Watermelon seeds and poppy seeds- Peel the watermelon seeds and mix its kernel and poppy seeds in equal quantity and grind them. Take one spoon every morning and evening with water on an empty stomach.
Consume it for one month. It is very beneficial for high blood pressure patients.

Beetroot- A study by Reading University says that drinking a glass of beetroot juice daily can control blood pressure. Nitrates found in abundance in beetroot turn into nitric oxide after reaching the digestive system and keep blood pressure low by making blood flow smooth.
It also reduces the need for oxygen in the muscles.

Onion juice- Onion juice controls blood pressure by reducing the amount of cholesterol in the blood. Onion cleanses the blood and strengthens the nervous system. Mixing onion juice and honey in equal quantities and taking two teaspoons once a day is beneficial for blood pressure.


Ginger-
Excess cholesterol causes obstruction in blood flow. This causes high blood pressure. Ginger contains antioxidants which are helpful in reducing cholesterol. Ginger also improves blood circulation, the muscles around the arteries also get relaxed, due to which high blood pressure comes down.
