The function of the lungs is to take oxygen from the atmosphere and absorb carbon dioxide and release it into the atmosphere. Also, this pure blood reaches the heart through the artery, from where it is again pumped to various parts of the body, so it is important for the lungs to remain healthy. Raisins - Soak 15 fresh and clean raisins in 150 ml water at night. In the morning, remove the seeds and throw them away. Eat the pulp by chewing it well. Drink the remaining water. Consuming it for a month strengthens the lungs.
Grapes - Grapes keep all types of lung diseases away. Consumption of grapes is very beneficial in diseases like cough and asthma. Yes, if you have diabetes, do not consume it in excess.
Honey- Consume one spoon of honey every morning. Consuming it for one or two months cures lung diseases and strengthens the lungs.
Figs- Figs are very helpful in curing lung problems. Boil 5 figs in a glass of water. Consuming it twice a day cleans the dirt of the lungs and gives them strength.
Mulhathi- You already know the benefits of Mulhathi in cough and sore throat. It is very beneficial for the lungs. Consuming Mulhathi by putting it in betel leaf eliminates phlegm.
Tulsi- Take dried Tulsi leaves, catechu, camphor and cardamom in equal quantities. Add nine times sugar to it and grind it in equal quantities. Eat a pinch of this mixture twice a day. This removes the phlegm deposited in the lungs.
Mulberry leaves- Chewing mulberry leaves cures lung diseases, lung inflammation, headache and cough etc.
Garlic- Garlic is considered to be an expectorant. Consuming garlic after meals keeps the chest clean and protects from many diseases.
