Arthritis is a disease in which the patient suffers unbearable pain. The pain of arthritis troubles so much that the person becomes unable to do any work. When arthritis occurs, the bones of the body become weak. When the bones of the body become weak, one has to face joint pain, swelling in hands and feet and difficulty in getting up and sitting. Arthritis can also be a problem due to constant pain in the feet. In such a situation, it is very important that arthritis pain is not taken lightly and full precaution should be taken for it.
Home remedies to get rid of arthritis pain-
Drink as much water as possible- If you are suffering from arthritis, drink as much water as possible. Initially, you may have trouble urinating frequently but you will get relief in a few days.
Rosemary- Rosemary is used in most Ayurvedic medicines. With the help of rosemary, you can get relief from arthritis pain. It is effective in treating arthritis. To use it at home, add a few rosemary leaves in a cup of water and leave it for 10 minutes. Then consume this water like tea. Doing this 1-2 times a day will give relief from arthritis pain.
Juice of fresh Bathua leaves- Drink 15 grams of juice of fresh Bathua leaves every day. Do not add anything to it for taste. Drinking it on an empty stomach is more beneficial. Drinking it for three months gives relief from pain forever.
Aloe Vera- Cut the leaf of Aloe Vera and apply its gel on the painful area. This will give a lot of relief.
Consumption of Saunth (Sonth)- Consuming Saunth or dry ginger provides relief in arthritis. You can cook it in any form and eat it like Harira or Laddu etc.
Potato juice- In case of arthritis pain, take out the juice of two potatoes and drink it every day before eating. Drinking at least 100 ml of juice every day will provide relief.
Consumption of green leafy vegetables- An arthritis patient should always consume green leafy vegetables. It provides energy to the body and also does not cause pain.
Castor oil massage- In case of severe pain, massage with castor oil. It not only provides relief from pain but also reduces swelling.
