Healthy Eating Increases Hair Growth

 


Food plays an important role in controlling any kind of deficiency in the body. A balanced diet can contribute to healthy hair growth as well as maintaining true fitness such as looks. Just as a balanced diet is required to maintain the beauty of the skin, similarly it is necessary to consume proper diet (in required quantity) for hair growth so that baldness can be prevented or controlled.

Eating problems like anorexia cause malnutrition which affects the hair follicles to a great extent and prevents hair growth. Apart from this, sudden loss of body weight can also have unwanted effects on hair growth.

Healthy hair growth requires vitamins that are rich in oil, which is essential for hair growth and which prevents hair breakage.
In addition, it is necessary for the body's cells to move with the correct blood flow - blood flow that allows growth in the body. Nutrients are those that make the blood healthy so that the oxygen needed for proper hair growth can be delivered to the scalp.

(1) Water: Water plays an important role in promoting healthy hair as well as real health. (2) Nuts: Nuts contain oil, which provides elastin to the hair and helps the hair grow, they need to be eaten regularly to control hair loss. Due to lack of oil in the body, hair stops growing and hair starts falling.


(3) Spinach: Spinach, it is rich in minerals in addition to nutrients such as beta carotene, iron, vitamin C and folate, keeps the hair follicles healthy and allows the correct flow of oils of the scalp, thus stopping hair loss.

(7) Foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids: Omega-3 fatty acids contain an important nutrient that enriches the hair ducts as well as the mobile membranes of the scalp and promotes healthy hair growth by nourishing the follicles and providing elasticity to the hair, thereby preventing hair breakage.
Nuts like walnuts and almonds, fish like salmon and tuna and seeds like linseed etc. are rich in omega-three fatty acids, which can be eaten for healthy hair and to prevent hair fall.

(8) Magnesium-containing food:
Magnesium is important for hair growth and, therefore, magnesium-containing food should be eaten to keep the magnesium content within the levels required to prevent hair loss.
Magnesium-rich foods are: almonds, walnuts, cashews, spinach and lentils.

(9) Zinc: Zinc containing food plays an important role in regulating the zinc hormone, mainly testosterone, as excess levels of testosterone contribute to hair loss. Zinc deficiency causes dandruff and hair fall. Zinc also allows the oil secretion glands in the scalp to produce, which will accelerate hair growth.
