Introduction-
Nowadays breast cancer is the most spread disease in women. Girls below the age of 20 are less affected by the disease.
Causes:-
If this disease has happened with a family member earlier, then it is likely to happen with others as well.
This disease occurs due to excessive drinking in women.
Women with infertility are more likely to develop the disease after 40 years.
It can also happen in women who have not breastfed their child.
In overweight women, this disease can occur due to menopause after 40-45 years.
Symptoms:-
There is no pain in the early stages of cancer, such symptoms start later.
If a woman feels less pain or increases pain with menstrual discharge, it may cause fibroadenosis.
If a woman has breast cancer, discharge keeps coming out of her nipples which may be blood or blood-like.
If pus comes out of them, it could also be pus and if the discharge is green, it could be fibroadenosis. Fibroadenosis is not a type of cancer and occurs most often in girls.
Breast Examination:-
She should examine her breasts once a week for at least 15 minutes. She should examine her breasts after menstruation; this is the most appropriate time for such an examination. Firstly, she should check if any discharge comes out of her nipple.
She should raise both her hands and then lower one hand to examine her breasts to see if they have any kind of swelling or wrinkles. After that, lower her other hand and look at her nipples to see if they move. Now, bend yourself forward and check if there are any changes in her nipples, wrinkles, shrunken areas or any kind of stretching etc.
Nipple Examination:-
If a woman is suffering from breast cancer, her nipples shrink inwards and lesions appear on them.
Breast Skin: In case of breast cancer, a pit forms on their skin or the skin pulls inwards and the skin color becomes orange.
Arms: Most breast cancer occurs in the upper or outer part of the breasts. In general, the lumps are often the same size and shape, but if they are not the same size and shape, then there is a greater possibility of fibroadenoma. In case of breast cancer, the lumps become hard and do not move.
Use of Various Medicines in Case of Breast Cancer:-
1. Hydrastis-This medicine is considered very effective in breast cancer. If the woman feels strong pain, then Hydrastis 1X should be used. The breasts should be washed with a solution prepared by mixing 14 ml of juice of this medicine in 100 ml of water.
2. Arsenic- If a woman feels severe burning sensation, uneasiness and lethargy in breast cancer, then that woman should be given Arsenic medicine.
3. Arsenic- IOD-In breast cancer, if there is a wound after an abscess, then giving 3x of Arsenic-IOD medicine is beneficial.
4. Konyam- It is beneficial to give 3x quantity of Konyam medicine in symptoms like severe pain with abscess, not being able to bear even a slight touch etc.
5. Cimicifuga- This medicine is very beneficial in case of abscess on the left side. It is also beneficial in symptoms like swelling in the breasts, redness, feeling pain with heat, round, hard, flat abscesses inside the breasts etc. Cimicifuga 30 is beneficial in disorders occurring in the uterus or ovaries.
Important Tips:-
If there is any doubt about swelling or lump etc. during the examination, one should immediately consult a doctor, as it can be cured if treated on time.
There is a low chance of getting breast cancer when a woman gets married or gives birth at the age of 22 to 25 years.
Regular breastfeeding also reduces its chances.
