Benefits Of Nigella

 



Nigella is available in our kitchen as a spice. It is also known as black seed or black cumin. It is similar to Ayurvedic medicine which is important and beneficial for factors like sugar, blood fat, obesity etc. People also know Nigella as Mangarela or onion seed. Nigella is found in the kitchen of almost all Indian homes. Nigella is beneficial in curing many types of diseases. It is still mainly used in villages in many home remedies. Nigella is also considered a very useful herb in Ayurveda. It is beneficial from cough to diabetes. The calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium and zinc found in it are effective in fighting many types of health problems. Along with whole Nigella, its oil is also very beneficial. Due to having many nutrients and minerals, Nigella or black cumin is very beneficial for us. It contains good amount of elements like protein, carbohydrates, fat, vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin B2, niacin and vitamin C. It is also rich in minerals like calcium, potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium and selenium which make it beneficial for us. Medicinal properties of Nigella Controls blood sugar: Nigella is helpful in regulating blood sugar level. If diabetes patients use Nigella in their diet, it also controls blood sugar level on an empty stomach. Controls diabetes: Make 1 cup of black tea, add half a teaspoon of Nigella oil to it. Drink it in the morning and at night before sleeping. It will prevent diabetes and those who have this disease will be able to control it. Problem of heart disease: Whenever you take any hot drink, add one teaspoon of Mangarela oil to it. Massage the oil on the whole body once in three days and take sunlight for half an hour. Doing this continuously for a month gives relief. Lose weight: Consume nigella seeds. Mix ½ teaspoon nigella oil with 2 teaspoons honey and drink it with lukewarm water. Take this mixture three times a day. You will start losing weight. Eliminate stomach worms: If there are worms in the stomach, consume nigella seeds continuously for three to four days. Mix half a teaspoon nigella oil with one teaspoon vinegar and drink it three times a day. Drinking it for five to ten days kills the stomach worms. Reduces acne: Mix half a teaspoon nigella oil with 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Apply it on the face in the morning and night. This improves the skin. Reduces black spots and reduces acne. You can also use apple cider vinegar instead of lemon. Cough and asthma: Massage the chest and back with mangrela oil in case of cough and asthma. Drink three teaspoons of mangrela oil daily and add oil to water and take steam. Cholesterol level: Diabetic patients are at a higher risk of heart diseases. This is because the level of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) or good cholesterol decreases and the level of bad cholesterol increases. In such a situation, the risk of heart diseases increases. Nigella seed does not contain cholesterol. Fights inflammation: Hyperglycemia or increased blood levels are also associated with increased inflammation in the body. Therefore, people suffering from type-2 diabetes are more prone to inflammation. Including nigella oil or nigella seeds in your daily diet can reduce the symptoms of inflammation and oxidative stress in the body.
