It has been observed in postpartum women that due to some weak reasons, milk is not produced in sufficient quantity, due to which the body becomes weak, sadness and worry and an atmosphere of conflict are the reasons for less breast milk in women. Treatment with different medicines: 1. Vidarikand: Take 100 grams of Vidarikand, 100 grams of Mulethi and 100 grams of Shatavar, grind and filter it and make powder. Put 10 grams of its powder and 10 grams of powdered sugar candy in a glass of milk and boil it for half an hour. Let it cool down a little and drink it sip by sip before going to bed. This should be consumed for 40 days. This method increases the milk in the breasts a lot. 2. Cumin: Make separate powders of white cumin, fennel and sugar candy and mix them in equal quantities. Giving one spoon of this with milk three times a day increases the milk of a lactating woman. Roast about 125 grams of cumin and mix 125 grams of powdered sugar candy. Consume 1 spoon of this every morning and evening. It is very beneficial for increasing the milk of mothers who have a shortage of milk for their babies. 3. Papaya: If there is a shortage of milk in the breasts due to lack of blood in the body of women, then one ripe papaya should be fed daily on an empty stomach for twenty days continuously. This increases the milk in the breasts. 4. Grapes: Grapes are milk enhancers. If there is more bleeding than the appropriate amount during delivery, then the consumption of grape juice is very effective. In case of anemia, the consumption of fresh grape juice is very useful because it increases the blood cells in the body. 5. Raisins: Boiling 10-12 raisins in milk and giving it to the pregnant woman twice a day after delivery provides considerable benefit. 6. Carrot: Consuming carrot juice and raw onion with food also helps in increasing the mother's milk. 7. Castor Oil: Massaging the mother's breasts with castor oil two-three times a day increases the milk in the breasts in sufficient quantity. 8. Onion: Consuming raw onion in large quantities with food increases the milk in the mother's breasts. Whenever mothers eat food, they must consume raw onion with food. 9. Peas: Eating pea pods increases the milk in women. Eat raw pea pods and prepare pea vegetable and eat it. 10. Urad: Eating urad dal mixed with ghee increases the milk in the breasts of women. 11. Gram: Soak about 50-60 grams of chickpeas in milk at night. In the morning, filter the milk and separate it. After this, chew these grams well and eat them. Drinking the same milk after heating it increases the milk in women. 12. Henna: To overcome the lack of milk in the breasts, consuming 4 teaspoons of Mahua flower juice regularly in the morning and evening for a few days will be beneficial. 13. Mulhathi: If milk does not come in the breasts of a postpartum woman (woman who has given birth to a child), then Mulhathi is very beneficial. Mixing equal quantity of cumin and liquorice powder 1 spoon each with warm milk and taking it with milk in the morning and evening is beneficial. 14. Saffron: Grinding saffron in water and applying it on the breasts increases the milk in the breasts. 15. Sehund: Giving ten grams of asparagus powder with milk increases the milk of a woman. By grinding asparagus in cow's milk and consuming it, the milk of a woman becomes sweet and nutritious. 16. Shatavar: Mix the powder of asparagus root with equal quantity of sugar candy and grind it. By feeding 1 spoon of this powder 3 times a day with a cup of milk, not only will the mother's milk increase, but the weakness after menstruation will also go away. 17. Mulberry: Eating mulberry daily increases the milk of lactating mothers. Protein and glucose are found in good quantity in mulberry. 18. Soybean: If a lactating woman drinks soya milk, the milk for feeding the child increases. 19. Colocasia: Eating colocasia vegetable increases the milk of lactating women. If lactating women eat colocasia vegetable, the milk for feeding the child increases. 20. Arni: Making small arnis vegetable and feeding it to lactating women increases the milk in their breasts. Caution: It is not advisable for a lactating woman to remain hungry or observe fasts. Consuming wheat, barley, rice, milk, porridge, sesame, garlic, seasonal fruits etc. in the diet provides sufficient milk in the breasts.
