Treatment: 1. Turpentine: Sitting in lukewarm water till the waist and applying heat on the pelvis (navel), after that massaging with turpentine oil eliminates the pain of menstruation. 2. Acacia: Grind about 250 grams of acacia bark and boil it in 2 liters of water to make a decoction. When it is left in the amount of 500 ml, then spraying it in the vagina starts menstruation and its pain also subsides. 3. Black pepper: Grind one gram black pepper and 3 grams soapnut powder and consume it with water, eliminates the pain of menstruation. 4. Ajwain: Taking juice of Ajwain, Mint, Cardamom and Fennel in equal quantity and drinking approximately 50 grams of it during menstruation eliminates the pain of menstruation. 5. Reetha: Due to the outbreak of wind after menstruation, the brain of women becomes blank. Darkness prevails before the eyes. Teeth get clogged. At this time, rubbing Reetha in water and making foam and applying it as eye ointment removes the effect of wind immediately and the woman becomes healthy. 6. Radish: When menstruation does not come properly, then in such a condition, consume the powder of radish seeds in the amount of 4-4 grams in the morning, afternoon and evening. If menstruation has stopped, has not come for many months, then taking radish, soya, fenugreek and carrot seeds in equal quantity, eating 4-4 grams of it and drinking fresh water on top of it helps in relieving the stopped menstruation. If acne appears due to lack of menstruation, then eat one radish with its leaves every morning. Radish strengthens menstruation and semen. It is also helpful in curing leucorrhoea. 7. Ginger: In case of menstrual pain, it is beneficial to make a decoction of dry ginger and old jaggery and give it to the patient. Keep in mind that avoid cold water and sour things. 8. Fenugreek: Eating fenugreek is beneficial in menopause. 9. Hibiscus: Consuming 6-12 grams of hibiscus fruit powder with kanji twice a day relieves menstrual problems. 10. Saffron: Mixing one-fourth of 1 gram of saffron in milk and drinking it 2 to 3 times a day provides relief from pain during menstruation. 11. Ganja: The stomach should be cleansed before the onset of menstruation, then by giving ganja 3 times a day, pain during menstruation reduces and menstruation also starts becoming regular.
