Ayurvedic Treatment For Lack of Milk in Breasts or Less Milk

 


Introduction: Due to lack of nutrients in the body, milk does not come in the breasts of a pregnant woman. This is called the disease of lack of milk in a woman or less milk. Treatment with different medicines- 1. White Cumin: By feeding the powder made by grinding white cumin in the amount of half to 2 grams every morning and evening, the milk of the lactating woman increases. Take white cumin, fennel and sugar candy in equal quantities and make a fine powder, then feeding one spoon of this powder with fresh water to the lactating woman 3 times a day increases the milk. Take white cumin and sugar candy in equal quantities and grind it well and make a powder, then feeding this powder in the amount of 20 grams every morning and evening with lukewarm milk increases the amount of milk in the breasts of the mother (lactating woman). 2. Black cumin: Giving half to 2 grams of black cumin (black cumin) as a dose every morning and evening will increase the mother's milk. 3. Nigella: Giving about 1 gram of Nigella (mangarela) every morning and evening to the mother who has given birth to a child purifies the uterus and increases the milk.

4. Fennel: Take 500 grams of fennel and grind it well to make a powder. Then mix powdered sugar candy in this powder and consume 2 teaspoons of it every morning and evening with lukewarm milk. This increases the mother's (natal woman's) milk. 5. Soya: Cooking soya well and consuming about 40 grams of it every morning and evening will increase the breast milk of women. 6. Fenugreek: Mix fenugreek seeds finely by grinding them into a paste and giving it every morning and evening increases milk. Take 20 grams of fenugreek and grind it to make a powder. Cook it well in 250 ml of milk. When about 60 ml of milk i.e. one fourth is left, add sugar candy and give it to the mother who has given birth to the child (partner woman). 7. Chensur: Make lassi of Chensur (Chandrasur) in milk or give 10 grams of Chensur to the mother who has given birth to the child (partner woman). This ends back pain, diseases like leucorrhoea and increases milk. 8. Saffron: Grind saffron and apply it on the breasts to increase milk. 9. Nagarmotha: Grind Nagarmotha well and apply on the breasts of the woman. Grind 6 grams of Nagarmotha in milk and feed it to the woman in the morning and evening. This purifies the milk and increases the quantity of milk. Also, the lumps in the milk of the mother who has given birth to a child (natal woman) are reduced. 10. Giloy: Make a decoction of Giloy (Guruch) and feed it to the mother who has given birth to a child (natal woman) in two doses in a day. This purifies the breasts and small children get clean and nutritious milk. 11. Gambhari: Make a decoction of the root of Gambhari well and keep it aside. Then mix 40 grams of honey in this decoction and feed it to the woman every morning and evening. This increases the quantity of milk. 12. Baghandi: By cooking Baghandi leaves and making a decoction, and then applying the decoction to the breast of a woman in lukewarm form, and then tying Baghandi leaves on the breasts in a slightly warm form, the woman who has given birth will get relief and benefit. 13. Coconut: By cooking Farhad leaves in coconut dhab i.e. the water inside the coconut and making the mother (partner woman) consume it every morning and evening, the inside of the breasts gets purified and the quantity of milk increases. 14. Cotton: By grinding cotton seeds and feeding it to the mother (partner woman) in the morning and evening, the problem of lack of milk in the breasts or non-production of milk gets cured. Taking 2 to 3 grams of the kernel of cotton seed, making a fine powder out of it, adding it to milk and making kheer and feeding it to the woman increases the milk in the woman's breasts. 15. Vidhari: Drinking 3 to 6 grams of Vidhari fruit with milk mixed with sugar candy increases the milk of the mother who has given birth to a child (partner woman). Note: Using it in excess can also cause vomiting in the parturient woman. 16. Ksheervidari: Roast the powder of Ksheervidari fruit in Desi Ghee till it turns light red, then mix Mishri in milk and drink 3 to 6 grams of this powder together, this increases the milk of the lactating woman. 17. Gudri: By preparing the vegetable of Gudri and feeding it to the lactating woman, diseases related to breast milk like non-production of milk etc. are cured and milk increases. 18. Satuna: Mix Satuna (Satvan) and cinnamon and prepare a decoction, then after giving birth to the mother in the amount of 20 to 40 ml, giving it to the lactating woman cures the fever caused due to lactation. 19. Kalambi: By preparing the vegetable of Kalambi (Karmi) and feeding it to the lactating woman, milk increases in the breasts. 20. Kaseru: Mix Kaseru fruit and sugar candy to make syrup. Then, giving this syrup to a woman who has given birth to a child increases the milk in her breasts. 21. Kamal Gatte: Making kheer of Kamal Gatte and feeding it to a woman who has given birth to a child increases the milk in her breasts. 22. Castor Oil: Giving Castor Oil Pak in the amount of 10 grams to 20 grams with lukewarm milk every morning and evening increases the milk in the mother who has given birth to a child. 23. Dashmularishta: Taking Dashmularishta in the amount of 15 grams to 25 grams with water and giving it to a pregnant woman every morning and evening after eating food, purifies the uterus, purifies the milk and increases the milk. 24. Gram: If the mother is feeling a shortage of milk while feeding her child, then she should soak about 50 grams of chickpeas in milk at night, filter the milk and drink it in the morning and evening, heat it and chew these chickpeas to increase the milk in the breasts. 25. Mulethi: Boil 2 teaspoons of liquorice powder and 3 teaspoons of asparagus powder in 1 cup of milk, when half the milk remains, take it off the fire. Consuming half of it in the morning and half in the evening with a cup of milk will increase the milk production in a few days. 26. Papaya: Eating ripe papaya or making a vegetable of raw papaya and eating it increases the milk in the breasts of breastfeeding mothers. 27. Peanuts: Eating raw peanuts daily increases the milk in breastfeeding mothers. Eating a handful of peanuts is beneficial. 28. Beetroot: Consuming beetroot juice daily increases the milk in mothers. 29. Carrot: Giving carrot juice to lactating mothers increases the milk in their breasts. 30. Kalonji: Consuming half a teaspoon of Kalonji powder in the morning and evening increases the milk in women. 31. Fenugreek: Soak 30 grams of fenugreek flour in 200 ml milk at night. In the morning, take 50 grams of ghee in a vessel and keep it on the stove. When the ghee is well heated, add the fenugreek flour soaked in milk to it and stir it to make a juice and take the vessel down from the stove. Mix 20 grams of jaggery from red sugarcane in it and stir it well. Feeding this to pregnant women for 21 days increases the amount of milk in the breast. Young women who breastfeed their babies should consume fenugreek juice or fenugreek vegetable daily. Consumption of fenugreek juice helps in the development of milk in the breasts. 32. Camphor: To stop the continuous increase of milk in the breasts after the death of the baby, grind camphor in water and make a paste. Applying it 3 times on the breasts provides relief.
