Introduction:
In this disease, the swelling occurs due to inflammation or burning in the testicle or its covering membrane. Due to this, the size of the testicle increases considerably. This is called burning of the testicle. There is no complaint of water accumulation in this. There is only swelling caused by burning.
Food and abstinence:
In this disease, rice, raw milk, curd, ripe bananas should be avoided.
Treatment with different medicines-
1. Alcohol: Grinding Khurasani parsley with alcohol and applying it on the burning area of the testicle reduces the swelling and pain of the testicle.
2. Cumin: Mixing white cumin in alcohol and applying it on the testicle provides relief from both burning, swelling and pain.
3. Sinuar: Give 10-20 ml of Sinuar leaf juice in the morning and evening, and grind Sinuar, Karanja, Neem and Dhatura leaves and tie them lukewarm to relieve burning sensation, swelling and pain.
4. Nagdanti: Consuming 3-6 grams of Nagdanti root bark with cinnamon or cloves in the morning and evening reduces burning sensation in the testicles.
5. Mahua: Warming the testicles with Mahua flowers provides relief from pain, burning sensation and swelling in the testicles.
6. Linseed: Applying a strip of linseed on castor leaves, heating it slightly and then tying it cures burning sensation in the testicles.
7. Betel leaf: Grinding beedi made by putting lime, catechu, tobacco on betel leaf, adding little ghee in it, spreading it on castor leaf and tying it tightly reduces the burning and pain of testicle.
8. Isabgol: Extracting thick juice of Isabgol and applying it on the painful area of testicle and stick paper on top. This eliminates the burning sensation of testicle.
9. Fennel: Taking 6 grams of fennel powder in the morning and evening eliminates the burning sensation of testicle.
10. Palas: Making a bundle of Palas flower and tying it below the navel eliminates bladder diseases and also eliminates swelling of testicle.
Grinding the bark of Palas and giving about four grams of Palas with water twice a day eliminates orchiectomy.
