Ayurvedic remedies to stay healthy in life

Cleanliness - It is very important to stay clean for health protection.
The body gets filled with sweat due to work all day; clothes become dirty. These cause diseases in the body. Along with this, cleanliness of your house and surroundings is also necessary. You should also drink clean water and breathe pure air.

Exercise- Exercise is also a means of protecting the body. Blood circulation in the body is maintained by exercise, muscles get strengthened and senses also become powerful. Body gets good exercise by sit-ups, running, sports, morning walk etc.

Water- Whenever you eat, drink water 40 minutes before and 60-90 minutes after that.
Do not drink water which is kept in the fridge or water which is frozen. Always drink lukewarm water or water from an earthen pot. Drink as much water as possible.

Morning- Get up every morning at 5 am and go for a walk of 2 to 3 kilometers.
Walk barefoot on the grass in the park. By doing this, your body will feel good and freshness will remain in the body.

Balanced diet- Food is important for staying healthy. Blood is formed in the body from food and the body gets strength.
Hence food should also be nutritious, balanced and healthy. Always chew your food properly and when eating, concentrate your entire attention on the food.

Body-
Always keep your body straight. Always sit straight, walk straight and even when standing, stand straight.
This will keep your body agile.

Sleep- Deep and peaceful sleep removes tiredness from the body and a healthy body also maintains a healthy mind. Health also improves with good sleep.

Healthy diet- Eat food according to the time, eat only as much as you can (do not forcefully fill your stomach).
Chew your food at least 32 times and when you start eating, wash your hands properly and eat the food while sitting.

Breakfast- Do not drink tea in breakfast, drink only milk and if possible, eat 2 boiled eggs.

Obesity- Obesity is not good for your health at all.
To reduce obesity, eat as little oily and sweet foods as possible. Eating too much oily and sweet foods leads to obesity and laziness and lethargy persists in the body.
