Introduction

Vitamin B-Complex is very essential for providing life force to the body. The body becomes prone to many diseases due to the deficiency of this vitamin.
Many divisions of Vitamin B have been discovered. All these divisions together are called Vitamin B-Complex. Although all divisions are integral parts of each other, yet all are different from each other. Vitamin B-Complex has the ability to bear heat up to 120 centigrade. It cannot bear more heat than that and gets destroyed. This vitamin is soluble in water. Its main function is to keep the nerves healthy and to actively contribute in the digestion of food. It gives life force to the body by increasing appetite. It helps in the absorption of the eaten substances. It gets destroyed without any heat by the combination of alkaline substances, but does not get destroyed even when boiled with acid.
