Introduction

Tea is a type of leaf of a tree. It is very famous. Tea is not meant for regular consumption. It is beneficial if consumed as per requirement. Tea is beneficial for people with windy and cold nature.
Drinking tea on an empty stomach spoils the digestive power and drinking tea before sleeping reduces sleep. Tea increases neuralgia and blood pressure. Therefore, tea is harmful for such patients.

Although tea can be used as a medicine for various ailments, but still there are disadvantages of using it as a daily drink.
Tea is a symbol of hospitality in every home in the world these days. Look at any event like home, travel, sports grounds, parties, seminars, political meetings or conferences, kavi sammelan or mushaira etc. Tea has entered everywhere.

Drinking tea regularly causes a lot of harm.
It destroys the digestive power and dries up the body by burning the blood. Tea is considered to be the drink of intellectuals, people who work with their brain and residents of cold regions. It gives momentary stimulation to the nerves. Tea has a stimulating effect on the flesh and the body as compared to the brain. Physical fatigue is less after drinking tea. But drinking too much tea spoils the digestive power. Tea does not contain any nutrients. Its leaves contain protein. But tea made in the method by which it is made is harmful.

Properties

1. Cold: If cold, headache, fever and cough are caused by cold, watery eyes or thin, frothy mucus (phlegm, phlegm) comes out of the nose, then drinking tea is beneficial.
It removes the cold and sweat comes and gives relief in cold. If the cold becomes dry, the phlegm is thick, yellow and smelly and there is headache, then drinking tea is harmful.

2. Urine production: Tea increases urine production. Where urination is more important, drinking tea is beneficial.


3. Burns: If any part of the body is burnt or scorched, cool the boiling water of tea, soak a clean cloth in it and place it on the burnt part and tie a bandage. Keep changing this bandage frequently. This prevents blisters on the burnt parts and also removes the burning marks on the skin.


4. Piles: Grind tea leaves in water and heat it and apply the hot ground tea on piles. This relieves the pain of piles. Grind tea leaves and make an ointment and heat it and apply it on warts. Warts start drying and falling after applying this ointment.


5. Dysentery: Polyphenol element is found in tea which destroys the germs of dysentery. Dysentery patients can drink tea. It provides relief.


6. Acidity: Tea is very harmful for acidity patients. Removing obesity: Drinking tea with mint reduces obesity.

7. Depression, apathy, lethargy:
Boiling tea leaves in water and drinking this water hot fills the body with energy and ends laziness or depression.

8. Burns due to fire: Cooling boiled tea water and applying it on the burnt part of the body with a piece of clean cloth or cotton ends the burning sensation and pain.

10. Lump in the throat: Boiling tea leaves and filtering it and gargling with this water also provides relief to the throat.

Harmful effects


Tea is harmful for insomnia patients and those who consume drugs. If such patients drink tea, the disease will become very serious. Drinking tea reduces sleep. Tea is harmful for those who have acid bile and result colic.
It causes dryness and causes asthma. Loss of appetite: Boiling tea for a long time releases a chemical called tannin which gets deposited on the inner wall of the stomach due to which one loses appetite. Vata: Tea increases uric acid in urine. Uric acid increases arthritis and joint cramps. Therefore, patients of Vata should not drink tea. Tea dilutes the semen, so young men should drink it with caution. Tea weakens the liver and dries the blood. Tea causes dryness in the skin, which causes dry itching and hardens the skin.

Treatment of various diseases

Use of tea in various diseases:
