Introduction

Properties

Peas bind stool and destroy Vata, Kapha and Pitta. Vegetable made from pea leaves is penetrating and easy to digest. Its consumption increases milk in women's breasts. It removes the blockage of menstruation. Eating peas strengthens the body by increasing blood and flesh.
It is an excellent source of protein. Eating 250 grams of raw peas provides protein.

Treatment for various diseases


1. Constipation:

Constipation of the stomach is removed by eating raw peas.

2. Burning:

If there is burning anywhere in the body, then grinding green peas and applying it on the body provides relief.


3. Beauty enhancer:


Boil and grind peas and apply on the body, it makes the skin fair and enhances the beauty.

4. Swelling of fingers:

If there is swelling in the fingers in winter, then boil peas and add 1 spoon of sesame oil to it and apply it on the fingers.
