Introduction
Arbi is a very famous and well-known herb. Arbi is cold and moist in nature. Vegetable made from arbi leaves is very tasty. Vegetables are made from arbi fruits, tender leaves and leaves. Arbi is actually a summer crop and is grown in summer and rainy season. There are many varieties of arbi such as Rajal, Dhawal, Kali-Alu, Mandale-Alu, Gimalu and Ramalu. Properties

The dish made by applying gram flour on its leaves is tasty and interesting, however, its consumption in excess quantity is not appropriate.
Harmful effects
Prepare arbi vegetable and eat it. Add garam masala, cinnamon and cloves in its vegetable. For those people who have gas formation, knee pain and cough, excessive use of arbi can be harmful.
Treatment for various diseases
1. Pitta Praksh:
Bit Praksh is cured by mixing juice of tender arbi leaves and cumin powder.
2. Vayuglum (wind ball):
Boil ball is cured by boiling arbi leaves with stalk, extracting its water, mixing ghee in it and consuming it for 3 days.
3. Burning sensation during urination:
Burning sensation during urination is cured by drinking juice of arbi leaves for 3 days.
4. Boils and pimples:
Burning the stems of arvi leaves and mixing their ashes in oil and applying it cures boils.
5. Increase in milk in the breasts of women:
Eating arvi vegetable increases milk in the breasts of lactating women.
6. Wrinkles:
Arvi also removes dryness and wrinkles of the skin. Eating arvi is beneficial whether the dryness is in the intestines or in the respiratory tract.
7. Heart disease:
A patient suffering from heart disease benefits by eating arvi vegetable daily.
8. Gilti (Tumour):
Grinding the branch of arvi leaves and applying it as a paste is beneficial in the disease.
