It is common to get affected by fever during changing weather. Sometimes in the name of viral fever and sometimes with names like malaria, it affects everyone. Whether it is an adult or a child, they get affected by this disease and are surrounded by many problems. There are many fevers which keep a person in its grip for many days and make him completely weak. But don't worry, roasted salt is a sure shot medicine for all types of fever. Its use reduces any kind of fever. Method of making roasted salt- Take the plain salt used in food, put it on a pan and roast it on low flame. When its color becomes black brown like coffee, take it off and let it cool. After it cools down, store it in a bottle. When you start feeling that you may get fever, then before the fever comes, take one teaspoon of it mixed in a glass of hot water. When your fever subsides, take one teaspoon of salt once again. By doing this, you will never get fever again. Special:- - Patients of high blood pressure should not adopt this method. - This experiment should be done on an empty stomach and nothing should be eaten after this and keep in mind that the patient should not feel cold during this time. - If the patient feels very thirsty, then heat water and cool it down and give it to him. - After trying this remedy, do not give anything to eat to the patient for about 48 hours. And after that make milk tea or light porridge and feed him. Simple fever Fasting is very beneficial in simple fever. After fasting, take mung beans for a few days and then start the normal diet. Sage Charak has written that drinking milk in fever is like snake poison, so do not consume milk. First experiment: Make a decoction of dry ginger, basil, jaggery and black pepper of 50 ml and squeeze half or 1 lemon in it and drink it, this cures simple fever. Second Use: If there is mild fever in the body, if the thermometer does not show fever and there is tiredness, lack of appetite and laziness, take two tablets of Sanshamani in the morning and at night. Eating 7-8 bitter neem leaves and 10-12 basil leaves or drinking one tola of mint and basil leaves juice with 3 grams of sugar is very beneficial in mild fever. Third Use: Boil 2 to 5 grams of Katuki, Chiraita and Indrajau each in 100 to 400 ml of water and reduce it to 10 to 50 ml. This decoction is a panacea for fever. Fourth Use: Bitter gourd vegetable is beneficial in fever. Fifth Use: Drinking soup of moth or moth dal cures fever. Adding green coriander and sugar candy to that soup stops bleeding from mouth or stool.
