Today, millions of people in the world, whether men or women, are troubled by the problem of hair fall. If the hair is not taken care of properly, then the hair starts falling. Although people's hair falls normally, but if the hair is falling more than normal, then understand that the problem is serious. There can be many reasons behind hair fall such as stress, infection, hormonal imbalance, lack of nutrients, side effects of medicines, negligence or not taking proper care of hair, use of poor quality soap and shampoo, etc. Here we are presenting some tips which will save us from the problem of falling hair.

1. Massage your hair with rosemary oil once a week to prevent hair fall and hair growth, it strengthens the hair.

2. Give full nutrition to the hair to make it strong and prevent it from breaking. Henna contains full nutrition which is beneficial for hair, so henna should be applied to the hair.
Applying henna mixed with egg is also very beneficial.

3. The main reason for hair fall is lack of physical activities. By not exercising regularly, our blood circulation becomes weak due to which the pores from where hair grows do not get the required nutrients.
This weakens the hair roots and hair starts falling. To prevent hair fall, it is necessary to exercise for at least fifteen minutes every day.

4. Apply neem paste on the head for some time. Then wash the hair. Hair fall will stop.


5. The amount of water in our body is quite high, about two-thirds. Your skin, hair, blood, sperm, all need water to stay healthy and do their work efficiently. Drinking 10 to 12 glasses of water daily improves our blood circulation and creates the power to prevent any disease in us.
The roots of our hair also become strong. Water also reduces our weight. Water also gives a new shine to our hair and keeps them healthy and strong. So if you want to stop your hair from falling, then do not be stingy in drinking water, rather drink water to your heart's content.

6. Curd is a very effective home remedy. Curd provides nourishment to the hair. Apply curd to the hair at least 1/2 hour before washing the hair and when it dries completely, wash it with water. *Applying eggs to the hair one hour before washing the hair also strengthens the hair.


7. Curd can also be used by mixing lemon juice in it. Mix lemon juice in curd and make a paste. Apply this paste to the hair before bathing, wash the hair after 30 minutes. Hair fall will reduce.

Wash the hair with a solution of milk or curd mixed with gram flour. This also gives shine to the hair and stops hair fall.

9. Hair fall can also be stopped by using honey. Mixing one spoon of honey and one spoon of lemon and applying it to your hair 1/2 hour before bathing once a week reduces hair fall to a great extent.
* Apply cinnamon and honey to your hair. This also stops hair fall.

10. Hair also needs vitamin D. Vitamin D is very helpful in hair growth. When you let the sun rays fall on your body for at least 15 minutes, you get the required amount of vitamin D for that day.
But remember, too much heat or scorching sun can prove harmful for you. Therefore, take advantage of the sun rays only in the morning or evening.

11. Apply raw papaya paste on the head for ten minutes. This will prevent hair fall and also prevent dandruff.


12. Many people also suffer from hair fall due to wrong eating habits. Junk food, canned food, oily food etc. lack nutrients, due to which our body does not get the right amount of iron, calcium, zinc, vitamin C and protein etc.
All these are very important for hair growth, so instead of junk food, eat green vegetables, fruits, dry fruits, milk, eggs so that there is no lack of nutritious food in our life.

13. Mixing one spoon of honey and one spoon of cinnamon powder in warm olive oil and making a paste and applying it before bathing also reduces hair fall.


14. Apply sesame oil on hair once a week. Continuous use of this oil stops hair fall.

15. Mix one gram black pepper and a little lemon juice in half a cup of curd and apply it on hair, you will get a lot of benefits soon.


16. Smoking and drinking alcohol are harmful for our entire body. They produce such toxins in our body which are very harmful for our hair. So if you love your body and your hair then completely avoid consuming these.
