Treatment

1. Neem: Boiling neem leaves in water and filtering it and washing vagina with it eliminates vaginal itching. It should be consumed in the morning and evening.

2. Amla: Mixing 20 ml of amla juice with sugar candy and drinking it in the morning and evening cures vaginal and uterine irritation.


3. Tumbhi: Take 5 ml of bitter tumbhi juice and mix it with about 200 grams of curd and use it in the morning. It cures uterine warts.

4. Garlic: Peel 3-4 pods of garlic and consume it with roasted asafoetida for a few days in the morning.
The poisonous fluid of the uterus comes out after childbirth.

5. Rose: Mixing about 10 ml of rose juice and 10 grams of Rogan Gul and feeding it eliminates vaginal itching.

6. Mustard:

In case of cancer in the uterus, washing with lukewarm mustard water spray two to three times a week is beneficial.
Soak 25 grams of mustard in a cup of cold water, mash it to make a paste and then mix it in 750 grams of lukewarm water.

In case of many pains in the uterus, severe pain, mustard plaster should be used continuously below the navel or on the waist.


Food during pregnancy

1. Orange: If a pregnant woman is fed two oranges every day in the afternoon during the entire pregnancy, the baby born will be very beautiful.

2. Seasonal: Calcium is found in large quantities in seasonal fruit.
Its juice is nutritious to provide strength to pregnant women and the baby in the womb.

3. Coconut: Eating coconut and sugar candy does not cause pain in delivery and the child born is healthy.

4. Honey:
There is a lack of blood in the body of women during pregnancy.
During pregnancy, things that increase blood should be consumed more. Women do not suffer from blood deficiency if they consume two spoons of honey daily. This increases physical strength and the child becomes fat and healthy. If a pregnant woman is fed milk and honey from the beginning of pregnancy or in the last three months, the child becomes healthy, fat and healthy.

5. Carrot: Mixing half a glass of carrot juice, half a glass of milk and honey as per taste and drinking it daily removes the weakness of pregnancy.

Precautions before pregnancy

1. One should not use odd positions for intercourse. This can injure, damage and swell the reproductive organ.

2. One should not do such exercises which are beyond the strength.

3. Urine, stool, thirst and hunger should not be stopped.

4. Many diseases arise from the consumption of too much cold, hot, sharp and heavy food.
Women desirous of pregnancy should consider it unhealthy.

5. Too much food and too little food are also not good for health.

6. Married life should be lived happily and without tension. One should not grieve, get angry, worry etc. Crying too much, laughing, sulking, being jealous, being spiteful etc. is also harmful for one's own health and it is better to give up such reasons which are against physical and mental health.
