Get good sleep If you work late at night, then leave this habit now. Sleep on time and get enough sleep because when you are tired, some hormones are formed in your body which encourage you to eat sweets. Also, sleeping less increases the level of cortisol in the body. Seven hours of sleep is necessary for the body every day, so sleep for seven hours and stay fit. 3. Do such exercises which activate the muscles of all parts of the body. Any cardiovascular exercise will be beneficial for reducing belly fat. Yoga is also beneficial for this. 4. Stay away from sugar The most important thing to reduce belly fat is control over diet. It can be assumed that diet plays an 80 percent role in controlling it. Stay away from sugar and take a diet rich in protein instead of glucose and carbohydrates. 5. Take plenty of vitamin C If you are under a lot of stress, the level of cortisol in the body increases. Consumption of a diet rich in vitamin C can control cortisol in the body. It also contains an element called carnitine which is helpful in burning body fats. Oranges, capsicum, tomatoes, lemons and other citrus fruits are rich in vitamin C.

6. Take fats You might be surprised to know that a diet rich in omega-3 fats is very beneficial for reducing belly fats. Omega-3 fats are found in good quantities in fish, walnuts etc. which help in reducing fat.
