Introduction:-
Ejaculation without one's own desire or ejaculation while sleeping at night due to dreaming of erotic dreams, is called nightfall.
Causes:-
This disease is caused due to excessive coitus, masturbation, gonorrhea and watching vulgar (erotic) films, etc. It may also be caused by eating worms in the pile and riding on a horse.
Symptoms:-
Weak memory power, fatigue and lethargy in the body, sadness, lack of glow of the face, shamelessness, rapid heartbeat, headache, headache, lack of blood in the body (anemia), etc. are the symptoms of this disease, which have been found in the afflicted person.

Treatment with different medicines to cure nightfall:-
1. Agnus-Cactus- If symptoms such as feeling lethargic physically and mentally, hoarseness, weakness of the body and reproductive organs and lack of sexual power etc. are found in the patient of this disease, Agnus-Cactus 6 is used to cure his disease.
2. Origanum- If the patient has a violent desire for sexual intercourse and has to calm such desire by masturbation; he is not able to control his sexual desire; keeps thinking about lascivious (lewd) matters; it feels as if something is crawling into his reproductive organs, etc., Origanum 3 should be taken in such type of lascivious symptoms. It acts on the nervous system and calms the desire for masturbation. It is also very effective in females for the same purpose.
3. Grachiola- This medicine calms the violent desire of hand practice in women. So, if a woman has a strong desire to indulge in sexual intercourse, Gratiola 2 to 3 should be given to her.
4. Bellis-Perennis- This medicine should be given to the patient suffering from night-time erections, especially in case of this disease caused by masturbation. In this disease, 5 drops of the mother of this medicine should be taken twice a day.

If sexual power has disappeared, rapid heartbeat is felt, too much ejaculation and penis has become loose due to masturbation, etc., using Phosphorus 6 or 30 is very useful in such symptoms.
14. Dinoscorrhea- This medicine is used in the condition of excess ejaculation. Due to loose reproductive organs, sometimes ejaculation occurs 3-4 times in a night. Due to excess ejaculation at night the patient feels very lethargic and weak. He feels as if he has no strength in his knee. Thus, 12 potency of this medicine should be taken in such symptoms. If this fails, then take its 30 potency.

Cantharis:- If symptoms like- ejaculation due to gonorrhea, sperms are coming drop-by-drop with urine and feeling of burning sensation and rapid desire for intercourse, etc. are found in the patient due to gonorrhea, then the use of Cantharis provides benefit in such symptoms. This medicine is used in case of disease related to ejaculation due to too much masturbation. For this purpose, 6 potency of this medicine should be taken.
16. Calca-Carb- If a person has a great desire for copulation, but his penis cannot become erect (hard); ejaculation occurs quickly while having intercourse and the whole body feels pain, weakness, etc., it is very effective to use Calca-Carb 6 in such symptoms.
If a person with a cold temperament has become afflicted with cold sweat in his hands and feet and has a habit of masturbation, etc., then Calcarea-Carb 30 should be taken at an interval of every 4-5 hours.
17. Lycopodium- If the patient has been suffering from nightfall which causes great weakness, large amount of ejaculation, small reproductive organs, looseness of penis at the time of intercourse, constipation, indigestion, flatulence and rapid heartbeat, etc., Lycopodium 200 should be taken in such symptoms.

20. Bellis Perennis- Due to the habit of masturbation, the patient has to suffer physically and mentally. Thus, Bellis Perennis 3 should be taken 4 times in a day.
21. Durum- If a teenager has become habitual of masturbation, then Durum 1 m should be given to him once in a week.
22. Conium- Increased sexual desire but decreased sexual power, feels restless if he has such desire; becoming irritable temperamental; feeling lethargic; no interest in any work, etc. are the symptoms found in the patient. Thus, Conium 30 or 200 should be taken. It increases the willing power which helps in concentration of mind on other subjects and the symptoms related to this disease also get cured.
23. Sienna- In case of sperm related problems due to worms, taking Sienna 3x or 200 is very useful.
24. Selenium- This medicine is used to eliminate the symptoms of nightfall. To overcome the problems caused due to too much involvement in sexual intercourse with women and masturbation, using Selenium 6 or 30 is very effective. This medicine is also used to overcome the weakness caused due to ejaculation or sperm disorder. If the patient is not able to do any work physically and mentally, then using this medicine is an appropriate one.
25. Silesia- If ejaculation occurs even by applying force at the time of loose motions, then Silesia should be used to cure this disease.
26. Acid-Phos-
If the patient has become habitual of masturbation or ejaculation occurs while sleeping due to looseness in the reproductive organ, then Acid-Pho 18 should be taken in such symptoms. After ejaculation, if the patient feels a lot of weakness, legs have become weak; there is a burning sensation in the spine; reproductive organ has become loose and gets excitement; testicles have become hanging after being loose and ejaculation occurs early at the time of intercourse, etc., taking 5 drops of Acid-Phos 1x, after adding it to a glass of water, after eating food, removes the weakness and other symptoms also get eliminated.
If this medicine does not give any effect, then Digitalis 1x or 2x should be used for the same purpose.
