Mouth Ulcers

Introduction:- Small wounds or blisters appear on the mouth and tongue. Some people keep getting blisters in their mouths again and again. When there are blisters in the mouth, there is difficulty in eating food, drinking water, speaking.

Cause:- Mouth ulcers occur due to internal disturbances in the body and sometimes mouth ulcers also occur due to consumption of hard things.

Mouth ulcers occur due to many types of internal disturbances in the body. When food is not digested properly due to disturbances in the stomach, then due to constipation in the stomach, mouth ulcers or wounds occur. Mouth ulcers also occur due to rotten or explosive fever or burning of the mouth due to eating hot things. Mouth ulcers also occur due to reasons like not cleaning teeth, excessive consumption of mercury, excessive consumption of lime or sugar, deficiency of vitamin-B, eating unnutritious food, living in unhealthy places, blood disorder etc.

Mouth ulcers occur in women due to menstrual problems. Mouth ulcers are also caused by others. The reason for this is that when a person eats with a person suffering from ulcers or drinks their water, he also gets mouth ulcers. Mouth ulcers occur due to drinking too much alcohol, eating Gutika, smoking cigarettes, using medicines like antibiotics.

Symptoms:- When the membrane covering the mouth from inside swells and turns red, then wounds are formed in it along with pain. When wounds are formed in the mouth, pus starts forming in it which is called mouth ulcers. When there are mouth ulcers, small pimples appear on the skin inside the mouth or on the tongue. The floor of the mouth ulcer or wound becomes white. When there are ulcers, more saliva starts coming out of the mouth, and there is burning and pain in the mouth. When there are mouth ulcers, bad smell starts coming from the mouth, the tongue becomes red and swells and the gums and palate also swell. If the blisters remain for a long time, they start bleeding, especially while eating something. In case of infection, blisters also appear along with symptoms of fever.

Diseases and medicines used in it:-

1. Mercurius:- If there is bleeding from the gums and there are wounds in the mouth along with excessive salivation, then in such symptoms, it is beneficial to take Mercurius medicine.

2. Kali-chlor:- If there are wounds on the tongue, the inside of the mouth has become red and the breath smells bad, then for the treatment of such symptoms, 1x quantity of Kali-chlor medicine should be used. If there are blisters in the mouth due to eating spicy food and there is excessive salivation in the mouth, then it is beneficial to take 2 to 6 potency of Kali-chloricum medicine.

3. Borax:- Various symptoms related to the mouth like- wounds in the mouth, wounds inside the cheeks, bleeding from the body due to a slight injury or spontaneously, feeling of dryness and heat inside the mouth, etc. In such symptoms, use Borax 3x or 6x powder. Borax is used in symptoms like red rashes with wounds on tongue or discomfort in eating salt and bitter things due to ulcers on tongue. Borax is also used when the taste of mouth is bitter. Borax 3x is used to cure ordinary ulcers in mouth. In case of ulcers in mouth, put 0.06 gram of Borax in 28 ml water and gargle with it to cure them.

4. Merc-sol:- If ulcers in mouth are cured by taking Merc-sol, then taking Sulphur cures them completely. If Sulphur does not give relief, then Calcarea carb should be taken.

5. Sulphuric Acid:- If there are blisters in the mouth, bleeding from gums and bad breath along with complaint of pyorrhea, then using 2 to 30 potency of Sulphuric Acid is beneficial. If sour smell comes from the whole body, then this medicine can also be given.

6. Arsenic:- If there are blisters or wounds in the mouth and burning sensation, weakness is felt and symptoms of fever are also seen, then in such symptoms, treatment with 3 potency of Arsenic medicine is beneficial for the patient.

7. Natrum Mur:- If there are blisters on the lips along with mouth ulcers, then treatment should be done with 30 potency of Natrum Mur medicine.

8. Nitric Acid or Hepar Sulphur:- If there is a wound in the mouth due to excessive use of mercury, use these medicines- Borax- 6x, Sulphur- 30, Creosote- 6, Natrum- Mur- 6, Psorinum- 200, Helleborus- 6 or Merc-cor- 6 etc. Using any one of these medicines is beneficial.

What to do and what not to do in case of mouth ulcers:-

If there is mouth ulcers, do not eat salt, chilli, sour food, oil, ghee, chilli-spicy food.
Eating too much sweet things is harmful.
Do not eat alcohol, cigarette and gutikha.
No antibiotic medicines should be used to cure the disease on your own.
Clean the mouth thoroughly after eating food.
While cleaning the teeth, brush gently with a soft brush.
Taking vitamin-B rich diet and consuming lemon is beneficial in this disease.
In this disease, taking 1x quantity of Kali-chlor medicine powder or Borax dissolved in warm water and gargling with it is beneficial.

Gum Wound

Introduction:- Gum wounds occur due to many reasons such as:- When gums or teeth get hurt due to some reason, gums get swollen which turns into wounds if not cured. While brushing teeth or consuming hard things, gums get peeled due to which wounds are formed in gums.

Gums can also become diseased due to consumption of very hot or cold things. Sometimes due to decay in teeth, a cavity is formed in it and a small boil is formed in gums which gradually increases and makes gums and cheeks swell. Often when there is a wound in gums, the wound bursts and pus comes out. Wounds in gums also occur due to weak and decaying teeth or due to cold or due to pyorrhea disease.

It is caused by sores in the gums, toothache, heat, dripping, swelling of the gums and formation of pus and bursting of the boil and common fever. More pain is caused due to swelling of the gums or discharge of pus.

Disease and medicines used in it:-

1. Belladonna:- Due to sores in the gums, there is a dripping pain in the head, the patient is not able to tolerate loud sound and light and the patient feels as if the gums have swollen. In such symptoms, the patient gets relief from the disease by taking Belladonna medicine 3x quantity 2 to 3 times.

2. Merc-vivus:- If pus is formed due to sores or peeling in the gums, then taking Merc-vivus medicine 3x or 6x quantity for two weeks gives relief in the disease.

3. Phosphorus:- If a wound has formed in the gums due to the teeth of the lower jaw being weak and diseased, then it is beneficial to use Phosphorus 3 potency.

4. Sulphur:- If a patient has a wound in his gums for a long time, then he should take Sulphur 30 potency. Its use provides quick relief in old gum wounds.

5. Silicea:- If there is a wound in the gums and pus starts coming out of the wound due to bursting, then to cure this disease of the patient, it is beneficial to use Silicea 6 potency to cure this disease.

6. Hepar-sulphur:- If there is swelling in the gums due to a wound and pus starts forming in the swelling, then to treat such symptoms, use Hepar-sulphur 6 potency to treat it.

Special use:- If there is pain in the gums due to wound or swelling, then heating the fig tree and applying it as hot as the patient can tolerate on the gums reduces the pain.

Mouth Diseases

Introduction - Mouth diseases are caused by eating too hot food, burning of mouth or peeling of mouth and palate while eating something. Eating too much spicy fried food, ghee and meat spoils the digestive system of the stomach, which causes constipation in the stomach, due to which diseases of mouth, palate, lips and tongue occur. In this disease, small pimples appear in the mouth and palate of the patient, the tongue and lips of the patient get cracked. When there are blisters on the mouth and tongue, the patient's mouth starts smelling bad. The patient has mild pain and sore throat and he has difficulty in eating and drinking water.

Cause - Excessive consumption of oil, spices, ghee, chilli, meat and food made of excessive acid juice in food spoils the digestive system. When the digestive system gets spoiled, due to not digesting the food properly, constipation and gas are formed in the stomach. Due to which, due to the heat in the stomach, many types of blisters, rashes and wounds start appearing in the mouth, tongue, throat and lips.

Symptoms - When there are blisters on mouth, tongue, palate and lips, there is burning sensation in the blisters and pain like a needle prick and small boils appear inside due to which saliva keeps coming in the mouth again and again. The patient's tongue and lips start cracking. The blisters in the mouth are red and white in colour. Bad smell starts coming from the mouth. There is mild pain in the mouth and throat and there is sore throat. Burning and pain starts in the ulcers of the mouth on eating too hot or cold things.

Use of medicines in various diseases of the mouth:-

Dry mouth:-

1. Bryonia:- Along with the dry mouth, the throat of the patient also becomes dry due to which the patient has to drink water again and again to moisten the throat. In such symptoms, it is beneficial to consume 30 potency of Bryonia medicine.

2. Arsenic:- If the patient drinks little water repeatedly to remove dryness due to dryness in mouth and throat, then in such symptoms, 30 potency of Arsenic medicine should be used for the treatment of the patient.

3. Nux-vomica:- The saliva formation stops in the mouth due to which the tongue keeps sticking to the palate again and again. The patient feels dry, parched and hard throat. He does not feel thirsty and the saliva of the mouth becomes so dry that it feels like cotton in the mouth. In such a condition, it is beneficial to use 6 potency of Nux-vomica medicine for treatment.

4. Lachesis:- If the mouth has become very dry due to lack of saliva formation in the mouth due to which the patient is not able to take out the tongue, then in such symptoms, it is better to use 30 potency of Lachesis medicine for the disease.

5. Mercurialis perennis:- Sometimes due to excessive dryness of mouth and throat it feels as if sugar solution is filled in the mouth. The patient feels heavy tongue due to which the tongue does not work properly. The breath becomes so dry that it dries the lips. In such symptoms, use Mercurialis perennis medicine of 3 potency.

6. Hyoscyamus:- Along with feeling dryness and rattling in the mouth, the patient feels as if the tongue is made of leather. In such a feeling, it is beneficial to use 30 potency of Hyoscyamus medicine for treatment.

7. Acid-phos:- If a patient is suffering from polyuria disease and his mouth has become dry, then he should take Acid-phos medicine.

Mouth wet and more saliva:-

1. Nitric acid:- If the mouth disease is caused due to use of more mercury and due to that more saliva is produced in the mouth and the mouth smells bad, then in such symptoms it is beneficial to use 6 potency of Nitric acid.

2. Merc-sol:- Due to more saliva formation in the mouth, the mouth remains wet all the time and along with this there is more thirst and the mouth smells bad. In such mouth disease, Merc-sol medicine of 30 potency should be used for treatment.

3. Iodium:- In any disease, due to use of medicines made from mercury, more saliva is produced in the mouth and that saliva smells bad, then in such symptoms it is better to treat the disease with 3 or 30 potency of Iodium medicine.

4. Baryta-carb:- If there are blisters in the mouth or the mouth is full of saliva after waking up in the morning, then in such symptoms, taking Baryta-carb 3 or 30 potency is beneficial.

5. Pilocarpus:- If there is excessive salivation from the mouth, then excessive saliva secretion stops by using Pilocarpus 3 potency. This medicine is also used when there is excessive sweating from the body.

6. Creosote:- If there is sweet saliva in the mouth during pregnancy, taking Creosote 3 or 30 potency is beneficial.

Mouth sores, mouth sores:-

7. Capsicum:- If the inside of the mouth is swollen, there is burning sensation in the front part of the tongue, there is excessive thirst but there is no desire to drink water and there is shivering in the whole body. The patient suffering from such symptoms should take Capsicum 3 or 6 potency for treatment.

8. Belladonna: - No thirst or desire to drink water even when the mouth is dry. The inside of the mouth and throat becomes red. In such symptoms, it is good to treat with Belladonna medicine of 30 potency.

9. Natrum-mur: - If the inside of the mouth is swollen and there are oblique marks on the tongue. In such symptoms, the disease is cured by using Natrum-mur medicine of 30 potency. This medicine should be used in symptoms like red marks on the tongue or round marks on the tongue etc.

10. Merc-Cour:- Mouth ulcers, swelling of the throat glands, sharp pain even on slightest touch of the throat and pain in the throat reaching the ears. The patient suffering from such symptoms should take Merc-Cour 6 potency.

11. Nitric-Acid:- For the treatment of symptoms like cracking of the joints of the lips along with pain in the mouth, the inside of the mouth becoming bright red and swollen, bad breath etc., use Nitric-Acid 6 potency. Its use provides quick relief from the disease.

12. Hepar-Sulphur:- If there are blisters in the corners of the mouth and blisters on the chin, then the patient should use Hepar-Sulphur 6, 30 or 200 potency.

13. Borax:- If there are white blisters in the mouth and the blisters bleed while eating or drinking, then using 3x quantity of Borax medicine is beneficial. Use of this medicine is also beneficial in removing blisters in the mouth of children.

14. Arum-Triphyllum:- If there is pain in the palate, pain in the lips and pain in the corners of the mouth due to cracking, then use 3 or 30 potency of Arum-Triphyllum medicine for treatment. Even if there is pain in the nose, using this medicine gives relief.

Wounds in the mouth:-

1. Carcinosin:- If symptoms of cancer are seen in any part of the body, then using 30 or 200 potency of Carcinosin medicine is beneficial.

Saliva Coming From The Mouth

Introduction – There are two types of saliva coming from the mouth – 1. Secretion of saliva, salivation 2. Hypersalivation, excessive salivation.

Diseases and medicines used in it:-

1. Merc-sol:- If excessive saliva comes from the mouth naturally or due to blisters or pain in the gums, then it is good to take Merc-sol medicine of 30 potency. In case of excessive salivation during pregnancy, taking Creosot instead of Merc-sol gives more benefit.

2. Iris Vir:- This medicine acts specifically on the glands that secrete saliva. It is used in symptoms like excessive salivation from the mouth, secretion of stringy saliva and saliva dripping from the mouth even while speaking. In such symptoms, excessive salivation is reduced by using Iris-vir medicine of 30 or 200 potency. If there is nervous headache or thready saliva is produced along with salivation, then Kali-bicrome medicine should be used instead of Iris Vir medicine.

3. Iodium:- If a person consumes medicine made from mercury mixture, then saliva secretion increases in his mouth. If saliva secretion increases due to such reasons, then using 3x quantity of Iodium medicine at an interval of every 2 hours reduces saliva secretion.

4. Baryta-carb:- If saliva secretion occurs from the mouth after sleeping at night, then using 30 potency of Baryta-carb medicine is beneficial.

5. Ammonium-carb:- Due to excessive salivation in the mouth, the patient keeps spitting again and again. The patient's mouth smells so bad that he keeps feeling the bad smell of his own mouth. In such symptoms, taking 30 or 200 potency of Ammonium-carb medicine is beneficial.

Taste Of Mouth

Use of medicines for change in taste of mouth:-

1. Rheum:- If the taste of mouth is felt bad after waking up, then taking 3 or 6 potency of Rheum medicine improves the taste of mouth.

2. Nux-Vomica:- If the taste of mouth becomes bad in the morning, food and drink taste sour, bad smell comes from mouth and the taste of mouth becomes sour and bitter, then for the treatment of such symptoms, it is beneficial to use 30 potency of Nux-Vomica medicine.

3. Hydrastis:- If the taste of mouth becomes bad in the morning, food tastes strange and while eating food etc. tastes like chilli or acid, then in such symptoms, the taste of mouth becomes better by treating with 30 potency of Hydrastis medicine.

4. Chelidonium:- The taste of mouth remains fine while eating and drinking but after eating food the taste of mouth becomes bitter. Sometimes the taste of blood is also felt in the mouth. In such symptoms, 3 potency of Chelidonium medicine should be used.

5. China:- When the taste of mouth is bitter, it is beneficial to use 30 potency of China medicine.

6. Alumina:- If the taste of blood is felt in the mouth, then it is beneficial to use Alumina medicine.

7. Camphor:- If the taste of any thing seems strong after consuming it, then use 3 potency of Camphor medicine at an interval of every 4 hours.

8. Merc-Cour:- When the taste is bitter, frothy and metallic, it is beneficial to treat with 6 potency of Merc-Cour medicine.

9. Nitric Acid:- If the taste of mouth is like blood while coughing, then using 6th potency of Nitric Acid is beneficial.

10. Aesculus:- If the taste of mouth becomes like copper or metal, then treat with 3rd potency of Aesculus. Its use improves the taste of mouth.

11. Calcarea Carb:- If the taste of mouth is foul-smelling and sour, then using 30th potency of Calcarea Carb improves the taste of mouth.

12. Lycopodium:- If the taste of mouth is sour, then use 30th potency of Lycopodium for treatment.

13. Sulphur:- If the taste of metal, vinegar, bitter, mousse, bile or blood is felt, then 30th potency of Sulphur medicine should be used.

14. Pulsatilla:- If there is a foamy, disgusting and bile taste in the mouth, then taking Pulsatilla 30 potency cures the bad taste of the mouth.

15. Arnica or Aurum-mur:- If the taste of the mouth is like rot and the smell of rot comes from the mouth, then using Arnica 3 potency or Aurum-mur 3x is beneficial.

16. Argentum-nitricum:- If the taste of the mouth feels sweet, then taking Argentum nitricum 6 potency is beneficial.

Use of different medicines for other tastes of the mouth:-

If the taste of roti feels sweet while eating and its taste remains for a long time, then in such symptoms, taking Merc-sol 6 potency at an interval of 4 hours gives quick relief from the disease. If the taste of food seems bitter, then use Natrum-mur- 6 potency, Camphor- 3 potency, China- 3 potency or Puls- 3 potency at an interval of every 4 hours to correct the taste of mouth.

If the taste of mouth becomes sour, metallic, greasy etc., then take Rhus-tox medicine of 3 potency. This medicine should be taken at an interval of every 4 hours.

In symptoms of food lingering for a long time even after eating, use Natrum-mur medicine of 6 potency or Nitric-acid medicine of 6 potency at an interval of every 4 hours to correct the taste.

If food and water taste sour or milk tastes dirty, then in such symptoms, use Nux-vomica medicine of 3 potency at an interval of 4 hours is beneficial.

If the taste of all things seems strange, then use Hydrastis medicine of 3 potency at an interval of every 4 hours.

Reduced taste in mouth:-

If the taste of food is less, then 3 potency of Puls medicine should be used.

In symptoms like loss of smell or loss of taste on feeling cold, Magnesia-mur medicine of 6 potency should be used every 4 hours.

If the taste of mouth is completely faded and there are blisters in the mouth, then taking Borax medicine of 3 potency improves the taste of mouth and removes the blisters. Take this medicine every 4 hours.

If the taste of mouth is faded, then using Calcarea carb medicine of 6 potency at an interval of 4 hours makes the taste of mouth normal.

In symptoms like loss of taste while eating and tongue becoming white, etc., Antim crud or Antim-tart medicine of 6 potency should be used every 4 hours. When the taste of mouth becomes completely bad, it is beneficial to take Natrum-mur- 6 potency, Mag-carb- 6 potency or Sulphur- 3 potency every 4 hours.

Toothache

Introduction:-

There are many reasons for toothache. Toothache occurs due to weather changes, constipation, during pregnancy, cold, Vata pain, bad health, not cleaning teeth properly and eating hard or strong things.

Apart from the medicines used for toothache on the basis of symptoms, the medicines given in between to cure the pain quickly are:- Nux-moschata 1x, Ignatia 6, Hyoscyamus 6, Phosphorus 6, Silica 30, Hepar-sulphur 3, Magnesia-phos 3x powdered with hot water and Dulcamara 3 etc.

Medicines used in case of toothache:-

1. Aconite:- If a patient has toothache due to exposure to cold air, then 3x amount of Aconite should be used to cure this pain.

2. Plantago:- In case of any type of toothache, the patient gets relief by consuming Plantago 3 potency and applying Plantago mother tincture on the gums.

3. Creosote:- In case of bad breath and toothache due to constipation or dental problems, using Creosote 3 potency is beneficial.

4. Pulsatilla:- Toothache caused due to excessive cold in winter season. On sucking any substance in the mouth, the pain in the teeth occurs as if medicine has been kept in the teeth, the pain increases due to the heat of the bed or eating any hot thing and at midnight. In such symptoms, it is beneficial for the patient to consume 30 potency of Pulsatilla medicine.

5. Creosote:- In case of toothache during pregnancy, it is appropriate for the woman to consume 6x potency of Creosote medicine.

6. Belladonna:- If there is pain in the gums like peeling or pain in the teeth like dripping and the pain is felt moving in the gums, then in such symptoms, give the patient 3x potency of Belladonna medicine.

7. Antimon-crude:- Such toothache which increases in the evening and along with the pain in the teeth, symptoms of thick dirt accumulation on the tongue are seen. In such symptoms, the patient should be given 6 potency of Antimon-crude medicine.

8. Carbo-veg:- In symptoms like pain in the root of the tooth and bleeding from the gums, dryness of mouth, excessive thirst, pain in teeth after eating any food, etc., consuming 12 potency of Carbo-veg medicine is beneficial.

9. Arsenic:- There is pain in the teeth, along with the toothache, the pain spreads to the side of the skull, which is relieved by drinking hot things. Along with the toothache, the patient feels as if the teeth have become too long and when the patient puts his teeth on the teeth or drinks cold water, the shivering increases. To cure the pain in the teeth with such symptoms, 6 potency of Arsenic medicine should be used.

10. Chamomilla:- Feeling of throat swollen due to swelling in the roots of the teeth, along with toothache caused by nervous reasons, the patient feels as if the teeth have become long. The pain increases due to the heat of the bed and drinking hot drinks when going to bed at night. In such symptoms, it is beneficial for the patient to consume Chamomilla medicine of 6th potency. This cures toothache.

Dental Diseases

Introduction:- Teeth diseases occur due to many reasons due to which symptoms like loosening, weakening, breaking, decaying etc. start appearing. While eating food, food particles get stuck in the teeth which gradually rot and produce worms. Teeth become hollow due to worms in the teeth and toothache is cured by drinking cold water or other beverages. Teeth become diseased due to injury to teeth and other reasons. Constipation also causes weakness in teeth and they start breaking. In this way, dental diseases occur due to many other reasons, therefore teeth should be cleaned thoroughly after eating food. Do not consume cold things after consuming very hot food.

Symptoms:- Pain occurs due to decay or hollowness of teeth. Consuming hot or cold things increases toothache. Due to decay in teeth, bad breath comes and teeth become weak and start shaking and breaking.

Tooth extraction:- For relief from pain after tooth extraction, add 20-30 drops of mother tincture of Caledula medicine in fresh water and rinse it. If bleeding occurs after tooth extraction and does not stop, then the patient should add 5 drops of mother tincture of Arnica medicine in lukewarm water and rinse it. This stops bleeding. If bleeding occurs even after using Arnica medicine, then use Hypericum medicine 1x at an interval of every hour and add 20 drops of mother tincture of Hamamelis medicine in a cup of lukewarm water and rinse. This provides relief in both pain and bleeding.

General rules for prevention of dental diseases:-

Teeth gradually become diseased due to accumulation of dirt on teeth. In such a situation, to prevent dental diseases, one should brush for 5 minutes twice a day. Teeth should be cleaned completely after eating. Use dry paste and brush because saliva is sufficient for this. Consume less sweets and carbohydrates.

Teeth and gums bleed and teeth ache with fever, in such a situation do not consume too much hot, cold, sweet and sour things.

Use of medicines in case of weakening of teeth and tooth cavity:-

1. Staphysagria:- If black dirt accumulates on teeth, teeth start decaying, there is pain on touching and pain in teeth while eating food, then the patient gets relief by using 3 or 30 potency of Staphysagria medicine.

2. Calcarea Fluor:- In case of weakening of teeth and teeth cavity, the patient should use 6x quantity of Calcarea-Flor medicine. This medicine is used to prevent the upper layer of teeth from falling.

3. Creosote:- If the milk teeth of a child become yellow and black and start decaying and there is pain in the diseased tooth and the child has blisters in his mouth, then in such symptoms, it is beneficial for the child to consume Creosote medicine of 3, 30 or 200 potency.

4. Phosphorus:- When the jaw is diseased, the colour of the teeth changes, the teeth become hollow, gums bleed and blood also comes from the root of the teeth. In such symptoms, the patient should consume Phosphorus medicine of 30 potency.

5. Merc-cor:- In symptoms like bleeding from gums, loosening of teeth, decay of teeth etc., Merc-sol medicine of 6 or 30 potency should be used. If the teeth of a child start falling after getting full teeth, then this medicine is beneficial in such symptoms. In the symptoms of tooth fall, the child should be given 6 potency twice a day for 3 months continuously and then after a gap of 1 month, the medicine should be taken again. This strengthens the teeth and prevents them from falling.

6. Majoram:- If the teeth are weak and loose, the roots of the teeth have become hollow and there is severe pain in the teeth which spreads to the ears and face, in these symptoms, it is beneficial for the patient to use 6 or 30 potency of Majoram medicine.

7. Silicea:- Due to incomplete development of bones in the child, the teeth of the child get cavities. The child is thin and weak and his head and feet sweat, the stomach bulges out like a pumpkin. In such symptoms, the patient should consume 30 potency of Silicea medicine. 8. Carbo-veg: Teeth become like sponge, become weak very quickly, teeth bleed even on slight injury or brushing, severe pain in teeth occurs on eating hot, cold or salty things. In such symptoms, it is beneficial to use Carbo-veg medicine for the patient.

9. Calcarea-carb: If the teeth of fat, flabby and scrofulous children become weak and start falling, then Calcarea-carb 30 potency should be given to them.

Teeth becoming crooked:

1. Syphilinum: If the teeth are crooked, many types of marks have appeared on the teeth, teeth start decaying quickly, children's teeth have become cup-shaped, there is severe pain, some sensation is felt in the roots of the teeth as if something is moving. In such symptoms, the child or other patient should be given Syphilinum 200 potency. Use of this medicine for 3-4 months is beneficial.

Use of medicines in case of falling of teeth:-

1. Phosphorus:- If the teeth fall due to pus in the gums and looseness of the gums, then it is beneficial for the patient to consume Phosphorus 30.

2. Merc-sol:- If the teeth are weak and loose and fall off quickly, then the patient gets relief by using Merc-sol 30 potency.

3. Carbo-veg:- If the teeth break, teeth become weak and loose, teeth become like sponges, gums bleed and the pain increases by consuming cold or hot things, then in such symptoms, the use of Carbo-veg 30 potency is very beneficial.

4. Tooth extraction:- For relief from pain after tooth extraction, add 20-30 drops of Caledula mother tincture in fresh water and rinse it to get relief from pain. If after tooth extraction, the bleeding occurs and does not stop, then in such a case, the patient should add 5 drops of Arnica mother tincture in lukewarm water and rinse with it. This stops the bleeding. If bleeding continues even after using Arnica, then Hypericum medicine should be used 1x every hour and gargle by adding 20 drops of mother tincture of Hamamelis medicine in a cup of lukewarm water. This provides relief in both pain and bleeding.

Hoarseness Or Swarfang (Loss Of Voice)

Introduction:- Hoarseness or hoarseness or Swarfang occurs due to many reasons. When a person speaks or shouts loudly, his throat becomes hoarse due to which his voice is not clear. Hoarseness also occurs due to singing for a long time, feeling cold or reading.

Use of medicines in case of other symptoms along with hoarseness of voice:-

If there is cold in head and chest along with hoarseness of voice, the patient should use these medicines- Causti, Spongius, Aconite, Bryo, Merc, Dulca or Phospho.

If hoarseness of voice occurs due to speaking too much, reading loudly or singing, then using any of the medicines Bell, Kali-bai, Arni, Causti, Phyto and Baryta-carb is beneficial.

If hoarseness occurs due to feeling too cold, then taking 6th potency of Causticum is beneficial. When the voice becomes hoarse due to the voice pipe not functioning properly, it is appropriate to use medicines like Oxalic Acid 3, Phosphorus 3 or Silicea 6.

Treatment with different medicines:-

1. Ipecac:- If a patient's throat becomes hoarse and no voice is coming out of his mouth, then the patient gets benefit by taking Ipecac medicine 6 or 30 potency 4 to 5 times at an interval of every half an hour.

2. Causticum:- If the throat suddenly becomes hoarse due to cold, then immediately take Causticum medicine 30 potency. If the voice has completely stopped due to hoarseness, there is pain in the throat and the throat has become hoarse, in which drinking cold water gives some relief. In such symptoms, it is beneficial to use Causticum medicine 30 potency. In the normal condition of hoarseness and loss of voice, if the throat feels dry, then it is appropriate to use Causticum medicine 6 potency.

3. Antimon-crude:- If a patient's throat is hoarse due to heat and he is unable to speak, then in such a condition it is better to use 3 or 6 potency of Antimon-crude medicine. In the symptoms of not being able to speak due to extreme heat or sunstroke, it is beneficial to use 6 potency of Antimon-crude medicine.

4. Gelsemium:- In case of hoarseness during menstruation in women, Gelsemium medicine of 30 potency should be used. In symptoms like loss of voice or hoarseness during menstruation, Gelsemium medicine of 30 potency should be used.

5. Drosora:- This medicine is used for the treatment of hoarseness due to excessive talking, singing or speaking too loudly. Drosora medicine of 1 or 12 potency is more beneficial for the treatment of hoarseness due to such reasons.

6. Arnica:- When a person speaks or sings for a long time, his voice becomes hoarse. In such a case, using Arnica 3 or 30 makes the voice clear. When someone speaks too much or speaks loudly, his throat becomes hoarse due to which his voice is not clear or his voice becomes hoarse. In such a case, Arnica 200 should be used.

7. Borax:- When the throat becomes sore due to injury and the voice is lost, using Borax is beneficial.

8. Magenum:- There is pain in the throat and mucus is felt in the throat which comes out with difficulty. In such a case, Manganum 6 should be used. Hoarseness due to chronic disease of the larynx and feeling in the throat as if mucus is stuck which does not come out easily. In such symptoms, it is appropriate for the patient to use Carbo-veg 6.

9. Ignatia - If the patient feels something round in the throat which neither goes in nor comes out and feels like suffocation all the time. If the patient has hoarseness, then on eating any light thing, there is pain like a needle prick in the throat and there is no pain on eating hard thing. The patient feels pain like a needle prick on taking the first two bites. The pain in the throat spreads till the ear. In such symptoms, it is beneficial to use 200 potency of Ignatia medicine. This medicine should be used for the treatment of loss of voice in hysteria.

10. Oxalic-acid - If the voice has become hoarse due to numbness in the muscles of the voice pipe, then the patient should take 6 or 30 potency of Oxalic-acid medicine. Feeling Of Hair Or Splinter In Throat

Disease and medicines used for it:-

1. Argentum-nitricum:- If there is a feeling of scratching in the throat and it feels as if hair is stuck in the throat due to which there is a hoarseness in the throat. In such symptoms, the patient gets relief by taking 3 or 30 potency of Argentum-nitricum medicine.

2. Nitric-acid:- If the patient feels pain like scratching in the throat while swallowing food items. It feels as if something is pricking the throat. The patient wants to consume such things which are not easily digested and the patient likes salty food, ghee and butter etc. more. In such symptoms, the patient should take 6 potency of Nitric-acid medicine.

3. Belleriana mother tincture:- Feeling in the throat as if a thread is hanging. Something like thread is felt wrapped around the tongue. In such symptoms, it is beneficial to use the mother tincture of Belleriapana medicine.

Mucus, fiber or dropping in the throat:-

1. Psorinum:- If a woman with Sora nature experiences symptoms of dropping of mucus in the back part of the throat, then 30 potency of Psorinum medicine is used in such symptoms.

2. Hydrastis:- In symptoms like secretion of mucus from the back part of the nose and coming into the throat, pain in the throat, accumulation of mucus in large quantity in the throat and repeated snot to remove it, the patient should use the mother tincture or 3 or 30 potency of Hydrastis medicine.

3. Carbo-veg:- Due to sticky phlegm in the throat, sometimes the patient feels as if something is tightly holding the throat. The patient is neither able to swallow it nor is able to throw it out. In such a situation, use of Carbo-veg medicine 6 or 30 potency is beneficial.

4. Alumina:- The patient feels as if something is stuck in the throat and the sputum is thick. Alumina medicine should be used in such symptoms.

5. Argentum-Nitricum:- Such symptoms arise in the patient in which black and thick sticky mucus comes out of the throat in the morning. When the patient feels mucus in the throat, he tries to remove the mucus by coughing continuously. In such symptoms, Argentum-Nitricum medicine of 3 or 30 potency should be consumed.

6. Phosphorus:- There is a feeling of something stuck in the throat and the patient keeps on coughing repeatedly to remove it, the phlegm is brown and salty or sour, sharp, smelly, sputum comes out on coughing hard. In such symptoms, it is beneficial to give the patient 30 potency of Phosphorus medicine.

7. Cantharis:- If the patient spits out frothy phlegm in which some amount of blood is also mixed, then in such a case, Cantharis 30 will be beneficial for the patient.

8. Sulphur:- Phlegm accumulates in the throat after sleeping at night, which the patient feels on waking up in the morning. In such symptoms, it is beneficial for the patient to use Sulphur 30.

9. Lycopodium:- If the patient coughs out blood mixed phlegm, yellow colored, pus mixed phlegm or in grainy form, then it is beneficial to use Lycopodium 30.

10. Lachesis:- The patient keeps taking naps during the day, his throat remains dry due to which he tries to cough out phlegm. In such a case, the patient should be given Lachesis 30.

Goiter (Gillard)

Introduction: The swelling in front of the neck due to enlargement of the thyroid gland, which is caused due to lack of iodine in food, inflammation of the thyroid gland, tumor or under-functioning or over-functioning of the thyroid gland, is goiter. It is mainly of the following types-

Diseases and medicines used in it:-

1. Iodum:- This medicine is most useful for curing diseases of the gland system. Goiter disease occurs due to enlargement of the gland in the patient's neck. In this disease, the patient should use 3 to 30 potency or 1m quantity of Iodum medicine. In this disease, the mother tincture of this medicine can be used to cure the disease. The symptoms of goiter disease are that the physical strength of the patient decreases and the body becomes thin, hunger increases and the patient becomes like a TB patient. In such symptoms also the patient should take Iodum medicine. In goiter the gland of the throat becomes hard due to which the patient feels as if the throat has shrunk. In such a case it is more beneficial for the patient to use 1m quantity of Iodum medicine.

2. Bromium:- If Iodum does not give relief in goiter disease then use 1m of Bromium medicine. With the increase in goiter disease such symptoms arise in the patient in which the patient cannot lie on the right side, he feels the heartbeat by lying on the right side. This medicine is also used in such symptoms.

3. Thyroidine:- If Iodum or Bromium does not give relief in goiter disease then 3x or 6x quantity of Thyroidine medicine should be used. If other medicines reduce the goiter disease but it does not end completely then Thyroidine medicine should be taken. If any abnormal symptom appears after taking this medicine, stop using the medicine immediately.

4. Calcarea-carb:- If goiter disease has occurred in a fat person and various symptoms are seen in him like- sour smelly sweat coming from the body, not able to tolerate cold at all, liking heat and body becoming flabby and cold, face becoming pale and feet remaining wet etc. then to cure the disease of such a patient, 30 potency of Calcarea-carb medicine should be used.

5. Fluoric-acid:- If the disease is not cured by the above medicines, then the patient should take 6 or 30 potency of Fluoric-acid medicine.

6. Spongia:- To remove the swelling of the thyroid gland, 2x or 3 potency of Spongia medicine should be taken. In goiter disease, if there is constant pain in the throat like a needle pricking, then taking this medicine is beneficial. If the goiter disease has become chronic and the goiter has become hard, then the patient should use Spongia medicine. Diseases Of Lips

Introduction- There are two lips. The upper lip is called lips and the lower one is called adhar. Both are collectively called lips. Diseases of lips are caused by Vata, Pitta, Kapha, Tridosha, blood, flesh, eye diseases and traumatic defects.

Symptoms- In Vataja lips, the colour of lips becomes black and there is a pain like needle pricking in them. In Pittaj lips become yellow and there are pimples around them which cause burning and pain. In Kaphaja lips remain cold, smooth and heavy and they itch, there is mild pain and pimples of the same colour as the body. In Tridoshaja all the above symptoms appear. In Raktaj lips are red, ripe and have pimples of date colour. They also bleed. In Musatdoshajanit lips are thick and high like a ball of flesh. Both the cheeks of the patient get swollen. During eye diseases, lips become heavy like ghee and starch and are itchy. They also ooze crystal-like pus and the wound that develops from them is soft and does not heal. In traumatic disease, one or both lips get torn or cracked. They develop lumps, itch and cause pain.

Disease and medicine used for it:-

1. Hepar-sulphur:- If due to any reason the upper lip is swollen, then it is beneficial to use Hepar-sulph.

2. Natrum-mur:- If the middle part of the lips is cut or torn or there are blisters on the lips, then Natrum-mur should be used.

3. Arsenic-album:- If there is pain around the red part of the lips and the skin there is peeling off, then use Arsenic-album for treatment, it will be beneficial.

Use different medicines in lip cancer disease-

Lycopodium medicine of 3 potency should be used at an interval of 4 hours every day. In lip cancer disease.

Decay Of Jaw Bone

1. Arum-triphyllum:- In case of pain in jaw joints, it is beneficial to use Arum-triphyllum medicine in 3 to 30 potency. Its use provides relief from pain.

2. Phosphorus:- If a person has any type of wound in the lower and left part of the jaw, then he should take Phosphorus medicine in 30 potency.

3. Cuprum-metallicum:- There is a cramp-like pain in the entire jaw or pain in the lower jaw. The pain in the jaw is such that even a slight touch intensifies the pain. In such symptoms, the patient should take Cuprum-metallicum medicine in 6 or 30 potency.

4. Passiflora:- There are many types of diseases in a child during teething. Among these diseases, decay of jaw bone is also one type of disease. Therefore, if there is any kind of pain in the child's jaw during teething, then it is beneficial to use the mother tincture of Passiflora medicine.

5. Hekla-lava:- When the jaw bone grows, using 3x quantity of Hekla-lava medicine makes the grown bone of the jaw normal.

6. Petroleum:- In the disease like jaw moving from its place or getting stuck, etc., using 30 or 200 potency of Petroleum medicine is beneficial.

7. Hypericum:- By using this medicine when the jaw gets stuck, the stuckness ends and the jaw comes back to its normal position. When the jaw gets stuck, the patient should take

6 potency of Hypericum medicine. The special action of this medicine is on the nerves. Therefore, 6 potency of Hypericum medicine is used in the disease caused in the nerves due to injury.

8. Silicea- If due to any reason the jaw bone gets stuck or the bone below the jaw gets injured or swollen, then first give any of the above mentioned medicines to the patient in jaw disease. If it does not give relief, then 30 potency of Silicea medicine should be used. Diseases Of The Tongue

Introduction:- Various types of diseases of the tongue are caused by various types of diseases in the body. Most of the diseases of the tongue are caused due to poor digestion or other disorders of the body. Many diseases of the tongue are also caused due to burning of the tongue.

Causes:- Diseases of the tongue are caused due to local infection, bacteria, virus or fungus, and due to improper teething after getting artificial teeth installed, due to injury, due to burning of the tongue, due to consumption of tobacco, alcohol, due to mouth disease while cleaning the mouth with chemicals, due to anxiety and depression, old age, due to lack of complete nutrition, due to lack of fluoric acid and vitamin-B, due to lack of blood, due to HIV infection, due to skin diseases or tongue cancer.

Symptoms:- In many types of diseases of the tongue, the tip and edges of the tongue are often red and swollen, white spots appear on the tongue, there is a sharp burning sensation on the tongue, a thick coating is present on the tongue. Sometimes, due to lack of blood in the body, the colour of the tongue becomes light and cracks appear on the tongue.

Use of medicines in ulcer disease of tongue:- When there are small pimples on the tongue, the tongue becomes red, swells slightly and there is pain in it and sometimes the tongue appears to be cracked.

Discolouration of tongue:- The colour of the tongue keeps changing according to the physical disease. In such a situation, the tongue can be red, white, blue, green, hazelnut, black etc. In such a way, when the colour of the tongue changes, medicine is given according to the colour of the tongue.

Use of medicine in cancer of tongue:-

1. Alumen:- This medicine is more beneficial in the tendency of swelling and formation of contaminated fibres. When due to some reason the fibers of tongue, anus, uterus etc. become hard, then the wound formed in it also becomes hard. Cancer occurs due to hardening of wound along with fiber. Alumen medicine is beneficial in removing the hardness of fiber and wound, therefore it is used in tongue cancer. In this disease, the patient should use 30 or 200 potency of Alumen medicine.

2. Phosphorus:- In case of tongue cancer, many symptoms arise like swelling of tongue, edges of tongue becoming hard and protruding, etc. In this disease, the patient feels as if there is a hole in the swollen tongue. In such symptoms, it is beneficial to give the patient 30 potency of Phosphorus medicine.

3. Apis:- In case of tumor of tongue, hardening of tongue and cancer of tongue, symptoms like burning sensation like stinging in the tongue along with pain arise. With such symptoms, the tongue swells, dries and cracks, blisters appear on the tongue, wounds appear on the tongue and the tongue gets torn due to which the patient has difficulty in swallowing anything. In such symptoms, use of Apis medicine is beneficial for the patient.

4. Arsenic: - If the tongue has become blue or white and the wounds on the tongue have also become blue, along with such symptoms, the patient feels burning sensation, restlessness, excessive thirst and the symptoms of the disease increase at night, then it is beneficial to give 30 potency of Arsenic medicine to the patient suffering from such symptoms. When such symptoms appear in tongue cancer, it is beneficial to use 3x quantity of Arsenic Iodide medicine.

5. Aurum-met:- In the condition of tongue cancer, the tongue becomes hard, the taste is not detected, the symptoms of the disease increase at sunrise and then decrease with sunset. The patient develops a tendency to hurt and harm himself. In such symptoms, taking 3x quantity of Aurum-mur medicine is beneficial.

6. Benzoic-acid:- In tongue cancer, first the tongue becomes light blue, the urine smells like horse urine, the tongue becomes soft like a sponge and the upper part of the tongue gets cut and torn. Wounds appear in the cut and torn parts of the tongue and then they gradually start spreading on the entire tongue. Wounds and tumors appear in the last part of the tongue on the left side inside the mouth where both the jaws meet. If such symptoms appear, immediately use 3 or 6 potency of Benzoic-acid medicine.

Gum Irritation

Introduction:- The main reason for gum irritation is excessive use of granulated sugar, lack of vitamin-C in the body and bad teeth etc. Gum irritation is caused due to the formation of a layer of bacteria and other organic substances on the teeth.

Symptoms:-In this disease, the gums become red and bleeding starts from the gums on slightest touch of any thing. The patient's mouth smells bad and due to burning sensation in the gums, there is difficulty in eating or talking.

Methods to protect teeth from disease:-

Whenever a thin layer of bacteria gets deposited on the teeth and gums, it causes all the dental problems. In this way, when bacteria are formed on the teeth, brush for at least five minutes in the morning and evening to clean it.
While cleaning the teeth with a brush, do not put water on the brush and use only the saliva from your mouth.
Do not use too much paste while cleaning the teeth.
Clean your teeth with a clean silk cloth before going to bed at night.
Clean your teeth thoroughly after eating so that food particles do not get stuck between your teeth.
Do not consume sweets and get your teeth checked once in 6 months.
If you notice bleeding from gums, toothache, fever or any other symptoms of tooth infection, consult a doctor immediately.
Do not consume very hot or cold or acidic drinks as these may increase the pain.
Take a diet rich in Vitamin- E, C, D, Zinc and Vitamin-B complex.
If there is swelling and pain in the gums, sucking ice cubes provides relief from the pain for some time.

Acne

Introduction:- Acne is a disease related to oily glands which often occurs in the form of small pimples on the face of young men and women of 15-16 years of age which are called acne. Acne on the face occurs due to poor health. In women, this disease mostly occurs due to menstrual problems.

Cause:- Acne mostly occurs during youth but acne also occurs due to some other reasons like hereditary, lack of caution in eating and drinking, mental stress, not keeping the body clean, use of medicines like corticosteroids etc.

Disease and medicines used in it:-

In case of acne on the face, 3x quantity of Borax medicine powder should be consumed and the powder of Borax lava should be mixed with olive oil and applied on the boil. It is also beneficial in boils on the nose or both lips.

Medicines like Calc-carb-6, Acid-nitrate-6, Graphites-6, Sulphuric-acid-3 potency etc. should be used according to the condition of the disease. Acid-nitrate medicine is used especially in case of acne in young girls.

Precaution:- If you have acne, do not wash your face with soap and do not use any type of oily makeup. Using scrub while washing your face is harmful. Do not roam around in harsh sunlight and if necessary, go out in the sun only after covering your face. Do not try to remove acne by pressing it because there is a fear of it becoming a wound.

Food:- A person suffering from acne should eat fresh and juicy fruits, eating green vegetables in large quantities is beneficial in acne. Do not eat oily and fatty food in this disease and eating ice cream, chocolate, butter, bread and sweets etc. is harmful. Pimples Or Rashes On The Face

Introduction:- Vasa glands are present on the entire body due to which the dirt inside the body keeps coming out through sweat. When due to some reason the glands that secrete sweat from the skin get blocked, then small pimples appear on the skin or the skin bulges. These pimples mostly appear on the faces of young men and women during youth. The main medicines to cure this disease are as follows - Carbo-veg, Kali-brom, Acid-phos, Belladonna and Pulsatilla etc.

Disease and medicines used in it:-

1. Carbo-veg:- During puberty, in the initial stage of pimples or rashes on the face, it is beneficial to use Carbo-veg medicine in 6 to 30 potency. If red pimples have appeared on the face, then Carbo-animalis medicine in 30 potency should be consumed.

2. Acid-Phos:- If thin people have pimples and rashes on their face, then Acid-Phos 30 should be used for treatment.

3. Kali-Brom:- If pimples on face are old, then Kali-Brom 30 is used for treatment.

4. Belladonna:- If pimples and rashes have occurred on face in a fat and healthy person, then he should take Belladonna 30.

5. Berberis Aquifolium:- If pimples and rashes occur on face, then pimples are cured by taking 2 drops of Berberis Aquifolium 2 times a day. To cure pimples and pimples, Berberis Aquifolium should be taken along with Sulphur 30 or Radium Brom 30 once a week. Applying mother tincture of Sulphur on pimples or boils on the face provides relief.
