Nocturnal Emission Or Seminal Loss
Introduction:- Ejaculation even when there is no desire or the spontaneous discharge of semen during erotic dreams at night is called seminal loss or seminal loss.
Cause:- This disease is caused due to excessive sexual intercourse, masturbation, gonorrhea and watching erotic films etc. This disease can also be caused due to worms in piles and frequent horse riding.
Symptoms:- Weakening of memory power, fatigue and lethargy in the body, depressed mood, lack of shine and laughter on the face, shamelessness, increased heart rate, headache, dizziness, lack of blood in the body etc. are the symptoms of this disease due to nocturnal emission or spermatorrhoea.
Treatment with medicines to remove nocturnal emission and spermatorrhoea:-
1. Agnus-Cactus:- If the patient suffering from nocturnal emission has symptoms like lethargy of body and mind, heavy voice, weak body, weakness of genitals and low sexual power, then 6th potency of Agnus-Cactus medicine is used to cure his disease.
2. Origanum:- Such a strong desire of sexual desire that the patient is forced to masturbate. The patient is unable to control his sexual desire, always thinks obscene things, he feels as if something is going on in the genitals. The patient suffering from such sexual symptoms should be given 3rd potency of Origanum medicine. This medicine affects the nervous system, which calms the desire of masturbation. By consuming this medicine, the sexual desire of a woman also calms down.
3. Gratiola:- This medicine calms the strong desire of masturbation in women. If a woman has a strong desire for sex, she should be given 2 to 3 potency of Gratiola medicine.
4. Bellis-Perennis:- Bellis-Perennis medicine should be given to the patient suffering from the disease of nocturnal emission or seminal discharge. This medicine is especially beneficial for the patient in whom this disease has arisen due to excessive masturbation. In this disease, Bellis-Perennis- Mother Tincture medicine should be taken in the amount of 5 drops twice a day.
5. Caladium:- This medicine acts specially on the genitals. Hence, it is used to cure diseases related to the genitals. If the penis of the patient gets excited during sleep and becomes loose on waking up. The patient shows symptoms of impotence. Sometimes, semen discharge takes place during sleep without any obscene dream. To cure these problems of such a patient, 3 or 6 potency of Caladium medicine should be used.
6. Bufo:- In childhood, there is a desire to play with the genitals and for this he seeks solitude. In such symptoms, the use of Bufo medicine is beneficial. This medicine is also used to remove other symptoms caused by nocturnal emission and masturbation.
7. Thuja:- If symptoms of excessive ejaculation are seen, then Thuja- Mother Tincture medicine should be consumed in the amount of 5 drops.
8. Picric Acid:- In symptoms like tremendous excitement of the genitals and excessive desire for sensual pleasure, the patient should be given 6 potency of Picric Acid medicine.
9. Baryta-carb:- In symptoms of feeling extreme weakness after ejaculation due to erotic dreams in the night, the use of 6 potency of Baryta-carb medicine is very beneficial.
10. Acid-Phos:- If memory power is lost due to excessive sexual intercourse or masturbation, take Acid-Phos medicine in 3x or 30 potency. Using this medicine restores memory power and also removes seminal disorder.
AIDS
Introduction- Many people consider AIDS to be a disease that spreads through touch, due to which they are afraid of coming near or even touching an AIDS patient, which is not correct. Rather, when a person establishes sexual relations with many people without any precaution, when a doctor uses a previously used needle to another person or when the blood of an HIV infected patient is transfused to another person, then AIDS disease occurs. AIDS disease spreads due to HIV infection.
Reason-
- The main reason for AIDS disease is unsafe sex.
- AIDS disease spreads by having unsafe sex with more than one woman or man.
- If the blood of an HIV infected patient is transfused into the body of another person, then AIDS disease spreads.
- AIDS spreads from an AIDS patient to her unborn child.
- AIDS disease spreads when the injection given by a doctor to one person is given to another person.
Symptoms-
- Among the symptoms of AIDS, the patient has a mild fever all the time.
- The patient keeps having diarrhea.
- The patient's weight keeps decreasing day by day.
- The patient stops feeling hungry.
- The patient starts coughing and blood also comes out with the phlegm.
- The patient has chest pain or he is repeatedly surrounded by some chest disease.
Precaution-
- Condoms etc. should always be used during intercourse.
- A person suffering from AIDS should not give any part of his body or blood etc. to anyone.
- Before getting an injection etc. from any doctor etc., check whether the syringe or injection has been used before or not.
- A woman suffering from AIDS should not breastfeed her child.
- If blood is transfused in a hospital etc., then first check the HIV test report of that blood from the doctor.
Diseases Related To Sexual Intercourse
Introduction- Diseases related to sexual intercourse can happen to both men and women.
For example-
There may be no problem during sexual intercourse due to lack of sperms in men but the man is unable to produce offspring, the man is impotent due to which he is not able to succeed in sexual intercourse, men have a very strong desire for sexual intercourse.
Women may not have the ability to produce offspring (infertility), there may be a lot of trouble during sexual intercourse, there may be aversion to sexual intercourse and may not be completely satisfied with sexual intercourse, some kind of disease may arise due to sexual intercourse, there may be a very strong desire for sexual intercourse.
Diseases related to sexual intercourse in men-
Lack of sperms in the semen of men-
The medicines given to the patient in the disease of impotence are the same medicines given when there is a lack of sperms in the semen or when there is no sperms because after giving these medicines the man becomes capable of producing offspring.
Treatment-
1. Turnera (Damiana)- Impotence occurs due to sexual neurasthenia, secretion of urethra-parietal gland is produced but sperms are not present in it, then such patients should be given 30-40 drops of root extract of Turnera medicine mixed in lukewarm water 2-3 times a day. Even if women do not have a favorable response in sexual intercourse (frigidity of female), this medicine works very well.
2. Chininum-sulph- If a man does not have any desire for sexual intercourse along with absence of sperms in his semen or does not feel like having sexual intercourse without any reason, then in such a case, giving Chininum-sulph 3 or 30 potency to the patient is beneficial.
3. Strychninum- If a man's sexual desire is so strong that his desire increases on just touching a woman, testicles become hard, there are no sperms in semen, then in such symptoms, he gets benefit by giving Strychninum 3 or 30 potency. This medicine can also be given to women when their sexual desire is strong.
4. Conium- Conium medicine has a very good effect on the glands. Sperms come from the testicles which are themselves glands, if a man has sperms in his semen, then he gets sperms in his testicles. If there is no sperm in semen along with impotency, there is no sexual excitement or it is very less, the man is not capable of having sexual intercourse with the woman, he ejaculates on the slightest touch of the woman, then in such symptoms, the patient gets relief by giving 200 potency of Conium medicine.
5. Iodum- If the testicles get swollen or become hard due to lack of sperm in the semen, the testicles get filled with water, there is swelling, then such a patient can be given 3 or 30 potency of Iodum medicine. This medicine can also be used when there is swelling in the breasts of women.
If the man is impotent and he also does not have the power to have sex (impotency and desire decreased)-
Treatment-
1. Nuphar-luteum- Lack of desire for sex in a man (sexual desire), impotency, semen comes out on its own while urinating or defecating, penis becomes loose In such symptoms, the patient gets relief by giving the root extract or 6th potency of Nuphar-luteum medicine.
2. Onosmodium- When the desire for sexual intercourse is completely lost in both men and women, giving one dose of Onosmodium C.M gives great relief. This creates sexual excitement in both men and women, even infertile women become capable of bearing children.
3. Caladium- Caladium medicine has a very good effect on the genitals. In symptoms like impotency in men due to masturbation, the penis getting excited in the state of half sleep but the excitement completely disappears after waking up, itching in the genitals, no discharge of semen while having sexual intercourse with a woman and not being completely satisfied in sexual intercourse, giving 3 or 6th potency of Caladium medicine is beneficial.
4. Lycopodium- When symptoms of impotency develop in men who get married at an older age, the patient gets relief from such symptoms. Lycopodium medicine in 200 potency is beneficial.
5. Staphysagria- If impotency occurs in men due to excessive sexual indulgence, Staphysagria medicine in 3 or 30 potency can be given.
6. Natrum-mur- If a man does not ejaculate for a long time after intercourse, taking Natrum-mur medicine in 30 or 200 potency is beneficial.
7. Yohimbinum- In neurasthenic impotency, giving the patient the root extract or 3 potency of Yohimbinum medicine is very beneficial.
8. Sabal-cerrulata- In symptoms like male genitals becoming cold, penis and testicles shrinking, the patient should use the root extract or 3 potency of Sabal-cerrulata.
Increasing sexual excitement in men-

1. Fluoric acid- If sexual excitement becomes very intense in a man, he is not relieved even by having sex with his wife, he has sex with many women, he keeps looking at women coming and going with lustful eyes, he is always sexually excited due to which he is not able to see even his relatives, then giving Fluoric acid medicine of 6 or 30 potency to a patient with such symptoms is beneficial. This medicine can also be given to such sensual women.
2. Phosphorus- Sexual excitement increases repeatedly in the patient, the patient wants to remove sensual thoughts from his mind but is unable to do so. In such symptoms, giving Phosphorus medicine of 30 potency to the patient is beneficial.
3. Origanum- The use of 3 potency of Origanum medicine is very beneficial for men and women who masturbate.
Sexual diseases of women-

4. Sepia- Sepia medicine proves very useful to cure infertility in women. The body of a woman is the same from top to bottom, the buttocks are also not full due to which she cannot handle the pregnancy, menstruation is irregular, leucorrhoea (water coming from vagina) occurs, constipation occurs in the stomach. In such symptoms, the patient woman can be given 30 or 200 potency of Sepia medicine.
5. Baryta-carb- If infertility occurs in women due to drying of ovaries and breasts, then giving 30 potency of Baryta-carb medicine is beneficial.
6. Aurum-mur-natronatum- In homeopathic medicine, Aurum-mur-natronatum medicine is considered very special in curing infertility in women. 2x and 3x quantity of this medicine cures the diseases of the uterus of women and helps them in conceiving.
7. Pulsatilla, Sepia, Calcarea-carb- According to a very great homeopathic doctor, Pulsatilla, Sepia and Calcarea-carb medicines have a very good effect on the reproductive organs of women. These three medicines activate the hormones of women. By taking these three medicines regularly, even infertile women become capable of becoming mothers.
8. Aletris-farinosa- Women who are unable to become mothers due to weakness of the uterus should take Aletris-farinosa medicine. This strengthens the uterus and they become capable of conceiving. If the patient is having early and excessive menstruation and is experiencing labor-like pain, then taking the mother tincture or 3 potency of this medicine is beneficial.
9. Borax and Merc-Sol- If a woman is not able to conceive due to menstrual disorder, then such a woman should be given one dose of Borax medicine of 6x half an hour before intercourse and one dose half an hour after intercourse. If a woman is not able to conceive due to semen-related defects of men, then one dose of Merc-Sol medicine of 200 potency should be given to her half an hour before intercourse and one dose half an hour after intercourse. This helps the woman to conceive. By taking Borax medicine, the defects of the uterus are removed and the woman becomes capable of conceiving.
Woman having trouble while having sex-

1. Ferrum-Met- The patient woman feels a lot of pain during sex, bleeding occurs after sex, vagina becomes very unbearable, there is a biting pain in the vagina. A woman with such symptoms should be given Ferrum-Met 2 or 6 potency.
2. Creosote- If a woman feels pain in her genitals after having sex with a man, then taking Creosote 30 or 200 potency is beneficial.
3. Argentum-Nitricum- A woman with symptoms like pain during sex, excessive leucorrhoea, the mouth of the uterus gets peeled and blood starts coming out of it, gets relief by giving Argentum-Nitricum 3 or 30 potency.
4. Lysine (Hydrophobinum)- The uterus of a woman becomes very delicate, the patient feels as if the uterus has reached her stomach, she feels a lot of pain during intercourse. In these symptoms, the patient woman can be given 30 potency of Lysine medicine.
5. Sepia- The patient woman feels a lot of pain during intercourse and she also keeps on having leucorrhoea. On the basis of these symptoms, the patient woman can be given 200 potency of Sepia medicine.
6. Hydrastis- The patient woman feels pain in the genitals and also has the desire to have intercourse, the color of the leucorrhoea discharge of the patient woman is like the white part inside the egg. It is beneficial to give 30 potency of Hydrastis medicine to the patient woman with such symptoms.
Not getting complete satisfaction during sexual intercourse-
Treatment-
1. Berberis-vulgaris- The patient woman does not get satisfaction at all while having sexual intercourse with a man, there is severe pain in the vagina during sexual intercourse which reaches below the thighs, the patient woman often gets stone disease. The patient woman with these symptoms can be given the root extract or 6 potency of Berberis-vulgaris medicine.
2. Causticum- In symptoms like very low sexual excitement in the woman, no satisfaction at all during sexual intercourse, giving 30 potency of Causticum medicine is beneficial.
3. Sepia- In symptoms like the patient woman does not get any pleasure during sexual intercourse and starts hating sexual intercourse, etc., giving 200 potency of Sepia medicine to the patient woman provides relief. Any disease occurring before or after sexual intercourse-
Treatment-
1. Sepia- In symptoms like leucorrhoea or excessive discharge of leucorrhoea after sexual intercourse, giving 200 potency of Sepia medicine is beneficial.
2. Hydrastis- The woman cannot bear even the thought of sexual intercourse, the leucorrhoea discharge of the patient is like the white part inside the egg and her health deteriorates during the discharge of leucorrhoea. A woman with such symptoms should be given 30 potency of Hydrastis medicine.
3. Ambra-Gricia- In symptoms like asthma arising in the patient after sexual intercourse, using 2 or 3 potency of Ambra-Gricia medicine is very good. This medicine can be given to the patient repeatedly.
4. Creosote- If the patient feels burning sensation in the vagina during and after intercourse, giving Creosote 30 or 200 is beneficial.
5. Staphysagria- If the patient feels heavy breathing after intercourse, Staphysagria 3 or 30 should be given.
6. Cactus- If the vagina of the woman shrinks during intercourse, then the root extract or 3 potency of Cactus can be used.
7. Phosphorus- If the woman does not feel anything in her vagina during intercourse, then Phosphorus 30 should be taken.
8. Lycopodium- If the patient feels severe burning sensation in the vagina during and after intercourse, the vagina becomes completely dry, and there is a feeling of heaviness in the thigh joints as if her menstruation is about to come. The patient with these symptoms should be given Lycopodium 30.
9. Sedron- If a woman stutters while speaking after intercourse, the mother tincture or 3 potency of Sedron should be given.
Very strong desire to have sex (sexual mania)-
1. Mausax- If the patient woman feels tickling sensation in her vagina and desires to have sex, giving Mausax 1 or 3 potency is beneficial.
2. Platina- Platina is considered a very special medicine for women's diseases. On the basis of symptoms like desire to have sex in virgin girls, increased sexual excitement in pregnant women etc., she should use 6X quantity or 30 potency of Platina.
3. Hyoscyamus- The patient keeps showing her genitals to everyone and talks obscene things to everyone. In such symptoms, 30 potency of Hyoscyamus can be given.
4. Phosphorus- If the desire for sexual intercourse continues in widowed women, then it is beneficial to consume 30 potency of Phosphorus medicine.
Baghi (Lump)
Introduction- The swollen, painful, red, hot and hard lump that develops in a person due to gonorrhea or syphilis is called Baghi. After this, pus is produced in the Baghi and it ripens. At this time, the patient often gets fever along with chills.
Treatment of Baghi disease with different medicines-
1. Merc-sol- Merc-sol medicine of 3 or 6 potency is beneficial for Baghi (lump) caused due to gonorrhea or syphilis.
2. Nitric-acid- If the patient has been consuming mercury or para for a long time, then it is good to use 6 potency of Nitric-acid medicine.
3. Carbo-animalis or Badiaga- If the prescribed medicine does not show any benefit within 60 hours, then the patient should be given Carbo-animalis 6 or Badiaga 3.
4. Hepar-sulphur- When the baghi is ripe or a lot of pus is produced in it, then giving the patient Hepar-sulphur 6 or 200 is beneficial.
5. Silica- When the symptoms of wound or ulcer in the tube are felt, the patient gets benefit by giving Silica 3X or 3 potency.
Disease Of The Penis
Introduction:- Men have a prostate gland which surrounds the neck of the bladder and the urethra passes through it. A tube is attached to the bladder which brings the urine collected in the bladder to the penis. Problems related to the prostate gland in men start after 50 years. Problems related to the prostate gland are as follows - enlargement of the prostate gland, inflammation of the prostate gland and cancer of the prostate gland etc.
Causes:- The main reason for enlargement of the prostate gland is hormonal imbalance. This disease is also caused due to reasons like old age, inflammation and irritation in the gland and bacterial infection etc. This disease can also be caused by stone formation in the urethra, regurgitation of urine, infection acquired through sexual intercourse, cancer of the gland, genetic reasons, hormonal imbalance and diseases caused by sexual intercourse etc.
Symptoms:- Increase in the size of the testicles, spontaneous discharge of urine, urine stopping for a while and then starting again, urine coming out slowly, urine not coming out completely even after exerting force, getting up frequently to urinate at night, urine being red in colour etc. are the symptoms of this disease. Burning sensation in the urethra, fever, shivers, painful prostate gland, mild pain in the lower part of the waist, pain while urinating, pain in the genitals and penis, urine coming red and smelly etc. are also symptoms seen in the patient. Cancer, feeling of a hard lump below the stomach, intermittent urination, frequent urination, urethral infection, loss of body weight, anemia, inflammation of the bladder etc. are mostly seen in this disease.
Burning, itching and rashes in the penis:-
1. Coca or Cocaine:- The patient feels as if he does not have a penis. In such cases, taking Coca 3 or Cocaine is beneficial.
2. Creosote:- In such symptoms like burning sensation in penis during intercourse and swelling on penis next day, Creosote 3 to 30 should be taken.
3. Magnesia Mur:- The patient suffering from symptoms like burning sensation in penis and frequent erection of penis in the morning should take Magnesia Mur 30 or 200.
4. Pariyara:- This medicine acts specially on the urinary system. There is pain in the front part of penis i.e. glans, itching near genitals and swelling in urethra. The patient suffering from such symptoms should take Pariyara 3.
5. Agnus Castus or Lycopodium:- If the patient feels that sexual power has been destroyed or penis does not get erected during intercourse. In such symptoms, 6 potency of Agnus Castus medicine or 30 potency of Lycopodium medicine is used.
6. Graphites:- In case of herpes-like rashes on the genitals, the patient should take 30 potency of Graphites medicine.
7. Croton Tig:- Pimples appear on the genitals and there is severe itching and burning sensation on them. To remove such rashes with itching and burning sensation, 6 or 30 potency of Croton Tig medicine should be used.
8. Causticum:- In case of itching on the genitals, taking 3 to 30 potency of Causticum medicine is beneficial.
Pain in the genitals:-
9. Ignatia:- If there is pain in the genitals while coughing, then using 30 potency or 200 potency of Ignatia medicine is beneficial.
10. Digitalis- In the symptoms of pain in the genitals after ejaculation, any medicine between 3 to 30 potency of Digitalis medicine can be used.
Syphilis (Firang-Rog)
Introduction- Syphilis is a summer disease. If a healthy person has sexual intercourse with a syphilis patient, then due to this, a wound is formed in the genitals of that healthy person. These wounds are of two types- hard-wound and soft-wound.
In hard-wound, the blood of the entire body of the patient gets spoiled but in soft-wound, the blood of the entire body of the patient does not get spoiled.
If the poison of syphilis enters the body of a healthy person, then it takes about 20 days to have its effect. When this disease remains in an invisible state, then it is increasing the speed of appearing inside and outside, this invisible stage of syphilis disease is called status-period. In this stage, no symptoms of syphilis disease are visible on the body of the patient. After status-period, when the disease appears, then it passes through three stages- primary stage, second stage and third stage.
Primary stage:- By having sexual intercourse with a syphilis patient, by kissing him, through his used towels, clothes etc., through the cuts on the patient's skin or the mucous membrane of the mouth etc., the syphilis poison reaches the body of a healthy person. After about 20 days, the person starts itching at the place where the syphilis poison has reached. A round wound like a pea without pus is formed there, the edges around which are high and hard, the middle part is deep, the gland near the patient's thigh starts growing, becomes hard, which is called baghi. Gradually, the patient's wound starts healing, the baghi also subsides a little. This is the primary stage of syphilis disease, which can last from 2 weeks to 6 months.
Second stage:- In the second stage of syphilis, the patient starts having fever about 3-4 months after the appearance of the wound, his body becomes weak, he has headache, there is anemia in the body, the patient has wounds in his mouth and throat, hair starts falling, there is pain in the joints.
Third stage:- The third stage of syphilis starts in 2-3 years. In this stage, the patient's bones start melting, there is pain in the bones due to some kind of disease in the bone-covering (layer that covers the bones), tumors form in the patient's testicles, liver etc., there is a wound in the throat, the patient faces a lot of trouble while sleeping at night.
Treatment of syphilis in its initial stage with different medicines-
1. Syphilinum- During the treatment of syphilis, giving 1 dose of Syphilinum medicine once a week for the first 2-3 months and then once in 15 days to the patient in all the three stages of this disease is very beneficial. If the patient has more trouble at night, then this medicine gives a lot of relief.
2. Nitric Acid- If the patient of syphilis has undergone treatment with mercury medicines but he did not get any benefit and warts have developed at the place of wounds on his body, then giving him 30 potency of Nitric Acid medicine after every 4 hours is beneficial.
3. Guaiacum- If the initial boils of syphilis are taking time to heal, there are hard wounds, the skin in front of the penis is swollen, the mother tincture or 6th potency of Guaiacum medicine can be used for the patient.
Treatment of second stage of syphilis by different medicines-
1. Merc-sol- Merc-sol is considered a very special medicine for syphilis. This medicine has a very good effect on soft wounds of genitals, catarrh and fever. Wounds in the throat of the patient, sleeplessness due to increasing discomfort at night, foul-smelling discharge from wounds, gangrene-like boils from which blood keeps coming out on its own. In such symptoms, giving the patient Merc-sol 30 potency is very beneficial.
Apart from this, Merc-proto iodide medicine has a good effect on hard wounds of syphilis, which do not cause pain and do not ooze pus. This medicine is very beneficial in second stage wounds. When the wound remains in the same state, neither less nor more, then Merc-bin iodide should be given to the patient. Patients with lumps in the throat can be given 3g of Cinnabaris in the second and third stages of syphilis. Merc-Dulcis can be used in rotting wounds of mouth and throat and in syphilis in children.
2. Arsenic-Album- Arsenic-Album is considered to be very effective in syphilis. The patient has rotten wounds of syphilis which cause severe pain. In such a case, giving 30 potency of this medicine to the patient is beneficial.
3. Hepar-sulph- If the symptoms of syphilis are that the middle part of the wound becomes red, the edges of the wound are spread, watery pus comes out, pus forms in the glands, swelling occurs, pain occurs at night, the wound cannot be touched, excessive hair fall occurs, then Hepar-sulph 30 should be given to the patient.
4. Nitric-acid- Nitric-acid medicine is used in the second stage of syphilis. Wounds rotting, excessive rashes coming out of them, bleeding, marks of wounds appearing on mucous membrane, edges of wounds emerging, feeling of pus coming out of throat, pain in skin and head, crooked wounds appearing in throat, yellow or brown marks appearing on body, patient's disease increases with cold air. In such symptoms, 6th potency of Nitric Acid medicine can be given to the patient.
5. Mezereum- Mezereum medicine is considered very useful in removing the problems occurring at night in syphilis. This medicine has very good effect on pain in bone-enveloping. Due to pain in leg bone, it is difficult to even touch the bone. This medicine is used in such symptoms. This medicine is beneficial in neuralgia due to syphilis. 6 or 30 potency of this medicine can be taken.
6. Carbo-Animalis- This medicine works very well for those who consume mercury in large quantity. Copper coloured pimples appear on the skin of the patient, especially on the face, the glands of thigh and armpits become hard which spread to the area around the gland. In such symptoms, 3 or 30 potency of Carbo-Animalis medicine can be given to the patient.
7. Thuja- If warts appear on the skin of the penis or mouth of the patient, white wounds appear, then giving 30 potency of Thuja medicine to the patient is beneficial.
Use of different medicines in the third stage of syphilis-
1. Kali-Iodide- Kali-Iodide medicine can be taken only in the third stage of syphilis. Kali-Iodide 3 potency can be used in symptoms like cutting pain in the bones of the patient, throbbing and burning in the nose and forehead bone, deep wounds, pus filled wounds etc.
2. Aurum-Met- Aurum-Met medicine can be used in the second and third stage of syphilis. Aurum-Met medicine 30 potency can be used in symptoms like ulcers in the mouth due to misuse of mercury, syphilis attack on the nose, wounds in the nasal bone, bone pieces coming out of the nose, foul smelling discharge, pain in the facial bone etc. While giving this medicine to the patient, it is very important to keep in mind his mental symptoms as well, such as the patient remains sad all the time, he is not happy with anything etc.
3. Aurum-Mur- Aurum-Mur medicine is used only on the basis of the symptoms given in Aurum-Met. 30 potency of this medicine has very good effect.
4. Phytolacca- Phytolacca medicine is used in many symptoms of syphilis. The patient gets arthritis due to syphilis, pain in the joints of muscles which increases at night and in cold weather. In such symptoms, giving 3 potency of this medicine to the patient is beneficial.
Accumulation Of Water In The Testicle
Introduction:- Due to some reason, the water gets accumulated in the testicle and the sac of the testicle swells up, which is called hydrocele. A common symptom of this disease is that it increases on the days of full moon and Ekadashi, that is, the testicle swells more and remains less on other days. When the testicle is filled with more water, then the testicle appears swollen like a balloon. When there is excessive water in the testicle, sometimes the water has to be removed by lancetting.
Cause:- Swelling or filling of water in the testicle occurs due to many reasons. Injury to the testicle, pain in the testicle, swelling of its veins, poor health or swelling etc. Swelling of the testicle can also be hereditary. Sometimes there is no pain at all in the swelling of the testicle but it keeps increasing.
Use of medicines in case of water retention in testicles due to heredity:-
1. Abroten:- Abroten medicine of 3 to 30 potency is used to cure swelling of testicles in children.
2. Bryonia:- If a child's testicles are enlarged from birth, then to cure this disease, Bryonia medicine of 3 potency should be taken every 4 hours. If there is swelling in testicles due to injury, Arnica 3 potency can be used.
Use of medicines in case of swelling or water retention in testicles due to other reasons:-
1. Arnica:- If the testicles have enlarged due to injury, then taking Arnica medicine of 12 potency at an interval of 4-4 hours is beneficial.
2. Bryonia:- If there is pain like a bullet in swelling in the testicle or pain like a needle pricking while sitting, then it is beneficial to use Bryonia medicine.
3. Graphites:- Graphites medicine can be used in swelling of testicle and testicle. 30 potency of this medicine should be used. Drying of the skin of the testicle, swelling of the genitals, burning sensation in the left testicle, boils on the skin of the testicle and sometimes nocturnal emission along with it etc. In such symptoms, it is appropriate to use 6 or 30 potency of Graphites medicine.
4. Rhododendron:- This medicine is used in new swelling of the testicle, especially in swelling of the right testicle. If there is pain in the new swelling of the testicle, then in such symptoms, 3x quantity or 6 potency of Rhododendron medicine should be taken. If this medicine does not give relief, Rhus-tox should be taken.
5. Silicea:- If there is water filling in the testicles or swelling in the testicles, if there is sweating on the genitals, itching, sweating on the head, the body of the patient is thin and he is of cold nature, then he should take 30 potency of Silicea medicine. If the swelling of the testicles increases on full moon and new moon days, then using 6 potency of Silicea medicine is beneficial.
6. Spongia:- If the testicles are filled with water and they have become red after swelling and it feels as if the testicles will drop. In such symptoms, 2x quantity or 3 potency of the mother tincture of Spongia medicine should be used.
7. Rhus-tox:- In case of pain in the testicles during rainy season or winter season, 30 potency of Rhus-tox medicine can be used.
8. Hamamelis:- In case of enlargement of veins of spermatic cord along with testicle, taking 1x dose of Hamamelis is beneficial.
9. Rhododendron:- If the problem of water retention in testicle is new, right sac is diseased and there is pain and pain increases before darkness or rain, then using 3x dose or 6 potency of Rhododendron is beneficial.
10. Pulsatilla:- This medicine is used in testicle disease, especially when left testicle is diseased. If there is no pain in testicle and it is gradually increasing and swelling, taking 30 potency of Pulsatilla medicine provides relief in pain and swelling goes away. Apart from the use of the medicines mentioned above, other medicines used in between are:- Rhus-tox 6, Apis 6, Sulphur 30 or Iod 6 potency etc.
Impotence
Introduction:- In impotence, the patient does not get complete pleasure during sexual intercourse. During intercourse, early ejaculation takes place or the penis becomes loose.
Causes:- Impotence occurs due to reasons like old age, diabetes, loosening of nerves that stimulate the penis, lack of hormones, excessive use of stimulant medicines, excessive masturbation etc. Impotence disease occurs more due to mental obstruction.
Symptoms:- The problem of impotence occurs sometimes. This disease can occur suddenly or gradually. A person suffering from this disease can masturbate easily but does not get complete satisfaction during sexual intercourse. In case of this disease, sometimes early ejaculation takes place during sexual intercourse.
Treatment of impotency by different medicines:-
1. Phosphorus:-
Impotency diseases caused by different reasons such as- if a patient was very lustful earlier and his sexual desire increased so much that he roamed around naked and showing his penis to others. If due to this the person became very weak and impotent and despite having strong sexual desire he was not able to succeed in sexual intercourse, then in such a case the patient should take Phosphorus medicine of 30 or 200 potency.
If a person is sexually lustful both physically and mentally and due to this impotency has occurred, then for the treatment of this disease of such a patient, Phosphorus medicine of 30 to 200 potency should be used.
If impotency has occurred due to excessive masturbation, then also this medicine should be taken. If the person is normally aroused and impotency has occurred due to internal laxity of the testicles, then he should take Konayam medicine.
2. Lycopodium: - This medicine is considered very beneficial in the disease of impotency. A person who marries two or three times and is unable to have children due to his impotency, which is a big problem for him. In such a situation, Lycopodium medicine is more beneficial to remove impotency. In the symptoms of impotency, the patient should consume 30, 200 or 1m quantity of Lycopodium medicine. The use of this medicine is also beneficial in case of impotency due to masturbation or sexual misdeeds. If the penis has remained small, there is excessive sexual excitement, sometimes the excitement increases so much that it becomes difficult to bear it. The patient becomes impotent due to excessive sexual desire. In such symptoms, the patient should consume Lycopodium medicine. In such symptoms, the low potency of this medicine can also be consumed and if there is no benefit, the high potency can be used.
3. Agnus-castus:- Such a person who has lived a very sensual life during youth and even at the age of 60, his sexual vision is as excited as it was in youth. If he is physically incapable and ejaculation occurs due to impotency, then 1 or 6 potency of Agnus-castus medicine will be useful for him.
4. Graphites:- If a person has excessive sexual excitement, then he should take this medicine. If the patient does not get pleasure during intercourse or ejaculation does not occur during intercourse due to which the patient has a lot of trouble after intercourse. To remove this type of impotency, 30 or 200 potency of Graphites medicine should be used.
5. Calcarea-carb:- Nux-vomica, Sulphur and Calcarea-carb are used to cure impotency caused due to excessive sexual intercourse. Calcarea-carb is used in such a condition in which the patient has excessive sexual desire but this desire is only mental and physical desire is less i.e. the patient has desire for sex but does not have desire for physical activity in that sexual intercourse. In such a situation, even if the patient has sexual intercourse, the penis becomes loose or there is early ejaculation during intercourse or there is ejaculation before intercourse or the semen discharge is incomplete. In such a situation, it is beneficial to use 30 or 200 potency of Calcarea-carb. In this way, due to impotency, sometimes the person gets disappointed and likes to stay alone. Even if he has desire to have sexual intercourse, he has headache, there is no strength in legs and weakness in legs. It is beneficial to use Calcarea Carb medicine to remove such symptoms.
6. Selenium and Sulphur:- If the patient has become weak due to excessive sexual intercourse, he wants to sleep but the weakness remains even after waking up. The patient does not feel any kind of nervous fatigue. His health becomes even worse after masturbation, sexual intercourse or nocturnal emission. Due to ejaculation, the patient becomes more irritable, is unable to think properly, has headache, the spinal cord becomes weak and it seems as if it has been paralyzed, prostate secretion starts occurring on its own, ejaculation occurs when obscene dreams are seen in sleep, semen comes out while urinating and defecating. In such symptoms, the patient should take Selenium medicine of 30 potency or Sulphur medicine of 30 potency. 2. Nitric Acid- It is beneficial to give Nitric Acid medicine of 6 potency to the patient in symptoms like mucus mixed pus coming out from the urinary tract of the patient and along with it, pain like needle pricking in the urinary tract, swelling of the urinary tubes, smell like horse urine in urine.
3. Nepheline- In symptoms like redness of the mouth of the urinary tract, swelling, swelling of the sensory skin, severe pain in the urinary tract, smell like ammonia in the urine of the patient, Nepheline medicine of 3x can be given to the patient.
4. Merc-Iodide- The patient of Gonorrhea disease gets dirty dreams while sleeping at night and also gets wet dreams or semen comes out on its own while dreaming about urination. The patient comes to know about the wet dreams only in the morning. In such symptoms, Merc-Iodide medicine of 3X quantity can be given to the patient.
5. Guaiacum- In symptoms like foul-smelling discharge like that of Gonorrhea disease, semen comes out without dreams while sleeping at night, such spitting in mucus, the patient gets relief by giving the mother tincture or 3 or 6 potency of Guaiacum medicine.
6. Aconite- In the initial stage of Gonorrhea disease, swelling in the genitals of the patient, fever in the patient, 1x quantity or 30 potency of Aconite medicine should be given.
7. Pulsatilla- When the gonorrhea disease is a little old, its discharge is not strong, it is thick, yellow or blue in colour, then 30 potency of Pulsatilla medicine can be used. If the patient has pain in the joints of thighs and stomach due to taking Pulsatilla medicine for a long time, which goes from below the stomach to the right and left thighs, then this medicine should be stopped to the patient of gonorrhea. If the testicles of the patient have become swollen due to suppressing gonorrhea disease with strong medicines, and touching them causes pain, then with the use of this medicine, gonorrhea disease will appear and the pain will go away, but even then the patient will have to be kept lying down and his testicles will have to be tied with a loincloth etc.
8. Clematis- Clematis medicine has a very good effect on the testicles and genitals. This medicine is given to the gonorrhea patient when the urinary tract of the patient shrinks due to gonorrhea. In symptoms like excessive swelling of the testicles, pain as if rubbing in them, swelling in half of the testicles etc., giving the patient Clematis 3 or 30 is beneficial.
9. Kopiva- Kopiva medicine is considered very good in gonorrhea. This medicine can be used when there is excessive itching at the mouth of the urinary tract and bladder. In the beginning of gonorrhea, when the discharge is thin and milk-like or later when the disease increases and reaches the bladder and a lot of thread-like mucus starts coming out in the urine or blood starts coming in the urine, then this medicine can be used. In case of mild burning sensation in the urinary tract, urine coming drop by drop and with pain, the patient can be given Kopiva 3 potency.
10. Cubeba- After treatment of gonorrhea with other medicines, when the inflammation is cured and the patient feels burning sensation in the urinary tract and thick yellow pus-like discharge continues after urination, then Cubeba 3 can be given to him.
11. Petroselinum- The patient feels such a strong itching in the urinary tract that he feels like putting something in it to itch. In such symptoms, giving Petroselinum 3 is beneficial.
12. Cannobis-sativa- Cannobis-sativa medicine has a very good effect on the urinary tract. In gonorrhea, the patient walks with his legs wide apart so that there is no rubbing of the genitals. In such symptoms, giving the patient CM potency of this medicine is beneficial.
