Constipation problem can be easily cured by taking cloves with 2 spoons of honey.

Ginger and lemon to get rid of stomach gas problem-

If you take 1 spoon each of ginger and lemon juice and add a little black salt to it, after meals,

by consuming it both the times, all the gas problems are cured and food is also digested properly.


Mint leaves to get rid of stomach gas problem-

If you have stomach gas problem, then drinking tea made of mint leaves will be beneficial.

To make its tea, boil the leaves in water and add 1 teaspoon honey for taste.


Just drink this tea. Chewing raw mint leaves also helps in constipation.

Taking 6-6 grams of ginger juice, lemon juice and honey 3 times a day relieves the problem of stomach gas.

Peel 1-2 cloves of garlic, wrap them in a deseeded raisin and chew and swallow after meals.
