Anger is pacified by eating two ripe sweet apples without peeling them in the morning by chewing them on an empty stomach for fifteen days continuously. A person who throws utensils, breaks things and raises his hand on his wife and children will also be able to get rid of his anger. By consuming it, weakness of the brain is removed and memory power also increases.

Eat one piece of gooseberry jam every morning and in the evening eat one spoon of gulkand and drink milk on top of it. Getting very angry will soon stop.


When you get angry, drink two to three glasses of very cold water slowly in sips. Water helps in calming anger by reducing our physical stress.

If you get very angry, then after waking up every morning, touch Mother Earth five times with your hand and bow down and ask Mother Earth, who has the biggest heart, to control your anger and be tolerant.


On Sunday, ginger, tomato and red coloured clothes increase anger more, so use them as little as possible.

Those who get very angry, get irritated over small things, should fast on Monday, or eat only once a day. Offer water to the moon at night and pray to overcome your anger.
This also keeps the mind calm and anger is controlled.

Eating too much sour, spicy and masala things causes burning sensation in eyes, irritability in nature, getting angry quickly, burning sensation in chest and stomach without any reason, hence these things should be given up completely.


People who get angry easily should avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, these things excite the body, instead of these they should use buttermilk, sweetened milk or lemonade.

If you are about to get angry, then take 5-6 deep breaths, close your eyes for a few moments, meditate on God, bow to him, make any request to him.
This is the best way of reducing anger. With this you will definitely calm down before you explode.
