1. Arthritis

In the beginning of arthritis, pain, needle-like pricking or burning sensation is often felt in the ankles and knees of the feet and fingers of the hands. As soon as these symptoms are seen, first of all, measures should be taken to keep the stomach clean and to prevent constipation.

Asgandh Powder:
Grind asgandh very finely and make powder. Mix sugar of equal weight with it and grind it. Filter it three times and fill it in a bottle. Take 1 spoon (about 5 to 10 grams) in the morning and evening and drink hot sweet milk on top.
This recipe is very beneficial.

Gout Tablets: Grind celery, pure guggulu (gugal), maal kangani, black gram separately and mix them in equal parts. Sprinkle water and make pills of the size of gram. Take 2-2 tablets three times a day with hot milk.
This is the best medicine for arthritis.

Use of garlic: Mixing camphor in garlic juice and massaging with it gives relief from arthritis pain.

2. Swelling in the body


Take old jaggery and ginger juice in equal quantity and give it to the patient twice a day.
Till the time this medicine works, do not give anything else to the patient to eat, give him only goat milk.

3. Swelling in hands and feet


Mix small cardamom, big myrobalan, fennel and sugar candy in equal parts and make a powder.
Take half or one spoon of this powder with water in the morning and evening.

4. Cracked heels


Ghee and salt: Wash feet with water and mix a little salt in pure ghee and fill the heels, keep it overnight, you will get relief soon.


Sesame and wax: Mix 6 grams of wax in 40 grams of sesame oil and cook it. When it starts cooking, grind 10 grams of resin and add it to it, remove it from the flame after some time. Apply this mixture on heels as a paste.


5. Knee pain

Fenugreek seeds: If fenugreek seeds are used occasionally in youth, then knee pain does not occur in old age. Taking one teaspoon of fine powder of fenugreek seeds with water in the morning ends knee pain.

Potato paste: Applying paste of ground potato (raw potato) on knees also gives relief from knee pain.


Castor and henna: Applying paste of ground castor leaves and henna also ends knee pain.

6. Back pain

Wheat and poppy seeds: Whenever you treat back pain, do not use all types of fried items, rice and urad dal etc.
Boil water and cool it down and drink it. For treatment, clean sixty-seventy grams of wheat at night and soak it in water. In the morning mix 30 grams of poppy seeds and 30 grams of dried coriander seeds with these soaked wheat and grind them finely. After grinding it will become like chutney. Now cook it in 500 grams of milk and make kheer like thing. Then by eating kheer as per requirement continuously for two weeks, back pain goes away from the root itself.

Nutmeg and sesame oil:
Grind nutmeg in water and mix it with sesame oil and heat it.
After it gets heated well, cool it and massage on the back, the pain vanishes.

Ginger and honey:
For back pain, mix half a spoon of honey in one spoon of ginger juice and drink it. This dose is for one time only.
Take it thrice a day. There will be no pain.
