But not taking proper care of hair is also a major cause of hair fall. It is a problem that makes one look old. To overcome this, most people use many types of oils and shampoos. But oils and shampoos cannot make hair healthy. If you do not want to become bald prematurely, then adopt the remedies given below. If you have a habit of combing your hair frequently, then be careful. Most people comb their hair frequently so that it can be neat and well-groomed. But very few people know that combing hair often damages the hair. Do not comb hair at very short intervals as it makes hair oily.

Washing hair frequently damages hair. Most people use shampoo with more chemicals frequently to make their hair beautiful and healthy, but it is best to use Amla and Arita powder to wash hair. Also, use shampoo with less chemicals to wash hair.
If your hair is oily, do not use conditioner.

At least once a week, mix real and pure powder made from Shankhpushpi in some water and apply it on the hair roots. Also, mix some sesame seeds in the Bhringraj powder and eat it.
