6 easy home remedies for back pain

Massage - Every morning, put three-four cloves of garlic in mustard or coconut oil and heat it (till the garlic cloves turn black).
When it cools down, massage the back with this oil. This will cure the back pain. It also reduces swelling.

Garlic paste-
Garlic is another ingredient that can help treat back pain. Simply eat two to three cloves of garlic every morning on an empty stomach.
You can also massage your back with garlic oil. Apply a little ginger paste on the affected area. Leave it for 15 minutes, then remove it. Do this daily for a few days. The pain will be cured.

Take steam-
Dip a towel in hot water mixed with salt and squeeze it.
After this, lie down on your stomach. Take steam with a towel on the painful area. This is a surefire way to relieve back pain.

Apply heat with a bundle- Put two-three spoons of salt in a pan and heat it well.
Tie this salt in a thick cotton cloth and make a bundle. Applying heat with this bundle on the waist also provides relief from pain.

Apply ice- Applying ice reduces swelling in the muscles. But if the pain is severe and ice is not providing any relief, then massage your calf muscles with warm water or apply a hot pad.
Hot pads should not be applied for 24 hours after the pain occurs to avoid inflammation.

Chamomile tea - A cup of warm chamomile tea is a good tip to reduce back pain and inflammation. It can help relax irritated muscle tissues that may be the cause of back pain or a related symptom.
