Introduction:-
Congestion of blood in any part of the body abnormally or irregularly is called congestion of the part. When the blood is congested in the thin tubes of the cell of the head, it is called cerebral congestion.
There are two types of cerebral congestion:-
Arterial or active congestion.
Venous or passive congestion.
Many types of disease can occur in the brain due to this type of congestion-
Symptoms of Arterial or Active Congestion:-
The face of the patent suffering from this disease becomes red, the head remains hot, the white part of the eyes becomes bright and red. Well, sometimes the white part of the eyes also becomes yellow due to liver malfunction. The body becomes of dusty color, the hands and feet remain hot and sweating is suppressed, but both the legs become cold in this condition and sometime oblique pain starts in the legs or heaviness is felt like pressure on it. There may or may not be crying and weeping, scanty urine comes out in red colour, bright light or loud sound, etc.
Causes:-
- Function of HRITPIND gets intensified.
- Suppression of any skin disease suddenly.
- Recovery of any chronicle disease suddenly.
- Suppression of sweat from body suddenly.
- In case of piles, suppression of blood or starts bleeding suddenly.
- In chronicle stage of gout, its pain stopped suddenly.
- Drinking.
Treatment of this disease with different medicines:-
1. Acon- If the patient is feeling cold with cerebral congestion or fever with violent mental illness, etc., ACON 3X should be taken for its treatment.
2. Belladonna:- Belladonna 3x to 30 can be used for the treatment of this disease.
The face and eyes of the patient suffering from this become red, covering the clothes from the body, violent weeping and crying, sweating profusely to the eyeballs, Thus, Belladonna 3 is very useful for the treatment of this disease.
Belladonna should be used to cure cerebral congestion of children.
3. Glonoine- If the patient feels violent oblique pain along with cerebral congestion and if it has been caused due to exposure to sun or heat or changing of seasons, then Glonoine 3 should be used to cure this disease.
4. Cuprum Aceticum- If the cerebral congestion is due to suppression of the symptoms of the disease or due to teething, then taking Cuprum Aceticum 3 is very useful to cure such a patient.
5. Veratrum Vir- If the head becomes hot with fever, the face and eyes become red, the pain starts from the back part of the neck to the head, widening of the eyeballs, one thing appears as double, head becomes heavy, muscles of the face flaps, etc., Veratrum Vir 3x can be used to cure such symptoms of the patient.
Other Treatment with the use of different medicines:-
The patient should not stand up from the bed. His physical and mental irritation should be tried to be prevented. He should take dilute things. Cold water or ice bandage should be put on his forehead and head.
Symptoms of Venus or Passive Congestion:-
In this case, the patient feels a little headache everyday; he becomes irritable temperament; feels lethargic all the time, hritpind becomes weak; blood circulation becomes slow; face looks dirty; sometimes it also becomes red; hands become cold with sweat; there is glistening in the eyes with diminution of vision. In case of fair sexes, she touches the head, palate or back of the head with her hand and says that her head is hot, but when any other person touches her head, she does not feel that told. Many types of other symptoms are also found in the patient like- feeling heavy in the head, wishing to stay alone, brain getting weak, does not tolerate even dim light, does not like to sing or play even in entertainment and feels nauseated, etc. Sometimes he also starts crying due to headache.

Treatment of this disease with different medicines:-
1. Gels- If the patient suffering from this disease is feeling vertigo, feeling that the head is tied up and being unable to keep his head steady, etc., using Gels 3 is beneficial for the treatment of such a patient.
2. Gelsemium- Gelsemium 1x to 30 can be used to cure this disease. It is an important medicine for the treatment of the initial stage of this disease.
3. Sulphur- If this disease becomes chronic, then Sulphur 30 should be used for its treatment.
