Introduction:
A person considers the genitals to be the dirtiest part of his body. Due to this, he does not pay special attention to the cleanliness of the genitals, due to which he gets afflicted with many sexual diseases. One of the diseases of the genitals is itching of the testicles. It occurs due to lack of cleanliness in the testicles. In this, a thick layer of dirt accumulates on the testicles, which takes the form of itching and dryness.

Cause:
This disease occurs due to accumulation of dirt in the testicles due to uncleanliness, itching occurs when sweating occurs. Due to which boils and pimples develop at that place. And pus starts flowing from them.
Treatment with different medicines-
1. Neem:
Applying neem oil daily prevents itching in the testicles.
Applying neem oil and sesame oil in equal quantity stops itching of the testicles.
Washing the testicles with decoction of neem leaves eliminates itching of the testicles.
2. Black pepper: If there is a build-up of dirt like scab in the testicles, rub black pepper with curd or grind it well and apply it to get rid of the dirt.
3. Onion: Applying onion juice mixed with mustard oil eliminates itching and other types of itching.
4. Borax: Dissolving 4 grams of borax in 100 ml water and washing the testicles 2-3 times daily prevents scabs and itching.
5. Charila: Oil made from Charila gives relief from itching of testicles.
6. Nagamotha: Grinding Nagamotha and applying it on testicles gives relief in itching of testicles.
7. Giloy: Taking juice of Giloy with guggal or bitter neem or decoction of Haridra, Khadira and Amla in 3 doses daily cures itching of testicles.
8. Oleander: By boiling the root of white or red flowered Oleander in oil and applying the oil, itching, boils, pimples etc. cures itching.
9. Water: Applying hot water on swollen testicles cures swelling.
