Change 1 – Do not leave a gap of more than 3-4 hours between meals

Reason – It takes 3-4 hours for food to digest, after that acid starts forming in the stomach on its own

Change 2 – Eat at the fixed time every day

Reason – The time of eating is recorded in the memory of the brain and stomach, when the time comes, digestive acids start getting released from the body

Change 3 – Eat food slowly and chew it well

Reason – Due to not chewing food properly, the stomach releases more acid to digest large pieces of food

Change 4 – Change your food habit

What to do – Eat more fiber, nuts, green vegetables, beans etc.
instead of spicy, oily, fast food

Change 5 – Increase the amount of alkaline foods

Reason – Alkaline foods neutralize acidity, eat soda lemonade, salad, carrot, cucumber. Drink more water
