Some people often complain of nose bleeding in the scorching sun. This is also called nose bleeding. It can also happen due to excessive heat in the body according to the season and some people may also get it due to consuming too hot substances. Here are home remedies to deal with nose bleeding-
- Cut an onion and place it near the nose and smell it.
- Sprinkle water on black soil and smell its fragrance.
- Soak a cotton ball in white vinegar and place it in the nostril from which blood is flowing.
- When the nose is bleeding, sit on a chair without leaning, breathe through the mouth instead of the nose.
- Bend the head forward and not backwards.
- Place a cotton ball soaked in cold water on the nose. Soak small pieces of cotton in water and keep it in the freezer. Apply fomentation with these.
- Avoid any kind of smoking (both active and passive).
- Put a few drops of juice of clean green coriander leaves in the nose.
- Apart from these remedies, keeping a cold water bandage on the head will also provide relief.
