Far East Diet

 


Foods of the Far East reduce obesity, stroke, heart disease and cancer risk. The menu includes seafood, fruits, vegetables and grains. These nutritious and healthy diets are low in animal-based fats and red meat. Such food is enjoyed in countries such as Thailand, India, Korea, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia and China.
