Frequent vomiting without blood or with blood, restlessness during sleep, constant screaming, excessive thirst or frequent dryness of the mouth - all these are the symptoms of dengue. Hemorrhagic dengue is extremely dangerous. Most deaths occur due to this. Dengue fever is quite similar to ordinary fever, so even doctors often get confused in identifying this disease.

How does it spread -
It spreads due to the bite of a female Aedes aegypti mosquito infected with the virus.
Where do mosquitoes breed? This mosquito breeds rapidly in stagnant water. Mostly coolers, drums, jars, utensils, buckets, tanks, water tanks, bottles or any such place where water collects. That is why water should not be allowed to collect especially around the houses after the rain. Water collects at many places during this season.

Where it is not possible to drain out the water, insecticides or burnt Mobil oil should be used. Mobil oil or kerosene forms a thin layer of oil on the surface of water.
Due to which the respiratory process of mosquito larvae gets obstructed and it dies. Mosquitoes can also be avoided by using suitable insecticides. Anti-mosquito measures, such as mosquito nets, anti-mosquito creams, repellents and incense sticks can also be used as per the need. In villages, there is a high possibility of mosquito breeding in animal pens and damp, dark and damp places. That is why insecticides should be used necessarily in such places. Apart from this, clothes should be worn in such a way that the whole body including hands and feet is properly covered.

Treatment—In ordinary dengue, the patient is not at much risk. For this, symptom-based treatment is done. For example, in case of high fever, cold water bandages can be kept. Medicines to reduce fever can also be given as per the need.
In case of hemorrhagic dengue, it is necessary to give additional amount of platelets to increase the number of blood platelets in the patient. The important thing here is that in case of hemorrhagic dengue, painkillers should not be given to the patient. Many times painkillers increase the possibility of bleeding in the patient. During this time, it is also necessary to control the amount of water in the body and blood pressure. Use the treatments that cure fever, fever, malaria to cure it.
