From the very beginning, man found his own ways according to the challenges he faced. Hunger, disease and death were associated with life. He had no control over death, so it was left to God to take away a person whenever he thought fit. To satiate his hunger, he made tireless efforts, did research work and as a result, he considered fruits and meat to be suitable for this. He had to hunt for meat, in which he had to face dangers many times, many times he himself became a victim of wild animals. Therefore, the fruits growing on trees became the basis of his life. Along with this, trees were also used to fight diseases. Their leaves or roots etc. must have been used to cure various diseases. Later this effort turned into decoction.
The entire tree is full of medicinal properties, so through decoction, this quality or essence is taken out by boiling it in water for a long time. After this, the roots and leaves etc. are filtered and thrown away. Drinking this decoction provides miraculous benefits in many diseases. It will be necessary to know how the decoction should be prepared. If you want to take the decoction of Panchaang, then take its five parts in equal quantity, dry them and grind them. When you want to prepare it, take two cups of water and boil two spoons of this mixture in it. When three parts of water evaporate and one part remains, then filter it and consume it lukewarm. Generally, the taste of decoction is astringent, so it is possible that there may be some problem in drinking, so add sugar candy to it as per requirement. Apart from Panchaang, if you want to take decoction of only root or bark etc., then prepare it in the same way. One thing should be kept in mind while consuming the decoction that after consuming it, you must rest for some time so that the decoction can go inside the body and give its effect. After consuming the decoction, never go out in the open immediately otherwise there will be a possibility of harm instead of benefit. Mixtures of decoction are available in the market for the treatment of various diseases.
