• The patient should not keep his neck in the same position for a long time nor should he work by bending his neck. While lying down, the patient should use only a soft pillow under the neck so that the normal backward bend of the neck can be maintained and at the same time the neck is supported, so that there is no tension above it.• The patient should do all the neck exercises so that all the supporting structures near the spine of the neck are strong and the bone and its joints are put under less pressure while using the neck.
• The neck should be fomented with lukewarm salt water. For this, boil water and add normal salt (common salt) in it and take a towel or any other cloth and foment the three sides of the neck (front and front) 3 times a day.
Caution- The water should be tolerable and lukewarm.
• If the neck is rotated and bent less, it relaxes the neck, which reduces the swelling inside and gives relief from the disease.

• If the neck is stretched, it opens the joints between the spine of the neck. It reduces the tension of the surrounding muscles and reduces the swelling of the joints between the spine. And reduces the swelling of the joints between the spine. How much stretching should be given? And for how long should it be given, this is decided by looking at the symptoms of the disease and should be done as per the advice of the specialist. Hot dry weather usually gives relief from the disease, but even if there are no symptoms, the disease is not cured/finished and continues inside and produces symptoms again. It is forbidden to rotate the neck forcefully, because instead of reducing the tension, it increases the disease by hurting the internal structures.
